New Moon in Libra: The Tipping Point of Sovereignty Creation from the Axis of Unconditional Love

The energies of transformation are huge and significant: new moon in Libra, Venus retrograde in Scorpio, and a full moon in Taurus coming.

It can feel chaotic and exhausting. That’s because our old survival patterns around money, love, relationships and home are all coming up to be seen.

We can’t build new foundations for ourselves, or for the collective, while we’re still running on survival. This new moon is calling us to alchemise what we’re carrying and come back into balance. Feminine and Masculine, giving and receiving, Heaven and Earth.

In this transmission I share what’s coming through energetically. I also share a little of my own healing this week, meeting an old survival pattern from childhood and letting it go.

In the meditation we:

Come back into the body, where trust begins

Open to receiving unconditional love and the holding of the Divine Mother

Put down the loads that were never ours to carry

Let the nervous system release, shake, cry and soften

Bring the light of the heart into the sacral, our centre of creation

Rest, and rest some more, because stillness is where creation begins Seal it all in with Mother Mary and Sophia

Every time you choose your peace over fear, you’re part of the shift.

Go gentle with yourselves.

This work is deep, and your nervous system is healing.

With love,

Gemma

New Moon in Libra: Channelled Guided Meditation

So, welcome, beautiful souls, those of you joining me tonight and those who’ll be listening to this whenever it’s in alignment for you.

So… new moon in Libra. Venus retrograde in Scorpio, Mercury in Scorpio. Big shit going down right now, okay? It can feel quite chaotic. It can feel quite exhausting. So let’s look at what’s coming through behind this energy.

Especially as it’s a new moon, this is about what we want to bring forward in balance, in equality, equilibrium and harmony. Feminine, masculine, all of it.

We’ve got to ditch the shit we’re carrying, okay? We have to. We cannot build new and beautiful structures and foundations for ourselves and our new lives, and bigger still in the collective, if we’re still running on a neural system of survival.

So our survival patterns are coming up to be seen. This will be money, relationships, love, home. Everything is coming up, especially as we’ve got a full moon in Taurus coming, which is again about home and body. So there is so much.

For me, as a body worker, I can see it’s calling us constantly to be embodied, to be connected to ourselves, to be in a greater consciousness of ourselves. Why we think, why we do, how we act, all of it. And to come from a place of curious observation of self. Being curious shifts the mindset out of judgment and brings in more compassion. When we don’t come in with judgment, we’re able to see ourselves differently. We’re able to take responsibility for what we need to, discern what isn’t ours to take responsibility for, and bring in forgiveness where it’s needed. That’s for what we can be conscious of, and equally at a soul level, so we can release karma and the parts coming through to be dealt with.

And when you look at the Scorpio cycle with Venus, this began about 100 years ago. So this is hugely generational. A lot of that is where many of us started giving our power away to structures outside of ourselves. Our sovereignty started being taken away, stripped and stripped away. And now, as much as it looks like it’s being taken from us right in our faces, that’s because it’s been brought up to the surface by this powerful force, so it can be seen for what it is.

So we’re in this real mental battle. I call it the war of our own mental energy, and the discernment of that. When we can feel and see fear, can we come back to peace? That’s the alchemy of it. When we can see the whole of it, even feel it in ourselves, and still consciously come back to a state of peace, this is how powerful we are.

And then we give our energy to what we do want to create. This is what the Infinity Health Hub was back in 2022. I didn’t like COVID, I didn’t like the fear, and I thought, there’s another way of empowering people through health. I put my energy and attention into what I wanted to create, not what I didn’t like, and I was able to get funding and create this platform.

So it is possible. If the negative exists, so does the positive. This is about really discerning in ourselves, putting our energy and attention into what we desire and want to bring forward, bringing in abundance rather than scarcity.

So it feels like it’s about divine order. It’s coming through for me like a very straight line. Absolutely, boom: what is love, and what is not. We’re not fucking around anymore.

Love and fear haven’t worked together, but they’ve moved along the same line, in parallel. Now it’s really calling out where fear is and where unconditional love is. There’s a massive separation going on, a clearing out in our bodies. It’s been seen and it’s been called out.

Unconditional love is going to be the platform we move forward on. Many will stay in fear, and there will be that separation. How that happens I can’t tell you, but what we need to do is work out what’s inside ourselves. That’s our influence, that’s our power, okay? We are the creators, and we are the observers.

So we tune in and create a foundation of unconditional love in our bodies, in our nervous system, in the connection to our bodies and our hearts. For women, that’s the womb. For men, it’s deeper in the sacral and the roots. And then it’s our earth, our earth star chakra. This is about getting deep into the truth of who we truly are, so the old survival patterns of scarcity, suffering and separation can fall away.

We’re clearing out the old survival patterns in our neural pathways, our limbic system, our autonomic nervous system, so we can create what we desire. We’re moving through this shift, and it will feel chaotic. Yet you can be that inner calm in the storm when you create conscious moments of connection, even in the middle of it, okay? Holding that deep truth inside yourself is what enables this to happen. Even when it looks like the shit’s hitting the fan, you can still come back to your peace, your grounding, your heart, and trust that the moves you’re making are in alignment with what’s true for you.

And it’s going to bring up equality. We’re going to see the feminine and the masculine. The feminine is certainly finding her voice more, and it’s going to be the calling of the masculine to meet her. This is what’s interesting with the container that’s running as well: it’s about the divine masculine stepping up in equal balance. This isn’t about one being more than the other. It’s about honouring each other’s power and influence in unconditional love. That’s what’s coming through too.

Our relationships will be our mirrors. People will show us the old patterns we’re carrying. We’ll be activated by people, and they’ll trigger things in us. And that’s okay when we can take a moment of space and ask, where is the root of this wounding that I can heal?

That’s what I did yesterday. I felt I needed to look at this anxious-avoidant attachment thing going on in my system. Where was it coming from? It came from a survival pattern of mine as a child: to accept the breadcrumbs and abandon myself. It was very, very deep, locked in a frozen state, very polyvagal and frozen. And I released that part of my inner child.

This morning I’ve just been crying with her and releasing. And I had Yeshua come to me, and he took her back home. That was very emotional to witness, but very beautiful too. He brought peace. He’s brought a lot of peace to my nervous system.

And I feel this is what this work will support you to bring in. It’s very exhausting and very tiring, but that’s your nervous system healing. So go gentle with yourselves through this whole process, okay?

So the card that came through was the Miracle of Isis, the miraculous healing of the goddess. And you’ve got Osiris and Isis in that one. I haven’t read the meaning yet, so I’ll read part of it with you. Feel free to get even more comfortable if you need to, and then we’ll drop in.

[Card reading: Miracle of Isis]

I love it when they literally reflect everything. Again, these little things are all about adding trust.

The Journey of the Transmission: Reflective Summary

1. Arriving in the body: trust begins within

Hands to the heart, and the invitation to let the words land in every cell. The body is named as the original wisdom, the intelligence that created you. That body wisdom holds the discernment between what is love and what isn’t. Trust isn’t something you think your way into. It’s built by sensing inward. The Isis invocation then opens the door to the miracle healing.

Gnostic thread: Gnosis means direct, inner knowing, as opposed to belief handed down by an outside authority. The Gospel of Thomas carries this idea. Roughly paraphrased, if you bring forth what is within you, it will save you, and if you don’t, it will destroy you.

Psychology: This is interoception, our ability to sense our inner state. Research consistently links better interoceptive awareness with better emotional regulation. “Trust begins in the body” has real grounding here.

2. Unconditional love and the shift out of survival

This stage defines unconditional love as love given with no conditions or expectation. Love that flows, and so returns magnified. That flow is set against survival patterning around money, safety, security and stability. Meeting that love within is meeting the Divine Mother, the all-holding energy where you’ve always been safe. Old beliefs cut you off from that flow and created stagnation.

Gnostic thread: In Gnostic texts, the divine spark (pneuma) lives in every person but is forgotten under the weight of the world. Salvation isn’t earned. It’s remembered. Your word “remembrance” sits right in this tradition. The Hymn of the Pearl tells of a soul who falls asleep in a foreign land and is woken by a letter reminding them who they are. That’s a lovely mirror for Diary of a Sleeping Goddess.

3. The elements in balance: water, earth, light

The nervous system is described as earth, with water around the nerves, carrying light and charge. Patterns are shaken loose from the kidneys, central nervous system and DNA, including generational patterns. False structures of control fall away as deeper, truer roots grow into the earth.

Physiology: This one is literally true in its own way. Nerve signals are electrical, carried by charged mineral ions moving through the watery fluid in and around nerve cells. Your body really is water, minerals and electricity working together.

Gnostic thread: Gnostic myth describes a false order built by the Demiurge and his archons, who rule through fear and control and pass themselves off as the true source. “These false structures that man has created, they’re not your safety” closely echoes that idea of seeing through a counterfeit authority.

Epigenetics, honestly framed: Research suggests stress can leave chemical marks on how genes are expressed, and some animal studies show effects across generations. In humans the evidence is still early. “Generational patterns” is well supported psychologically, through family patterns and learned behaviour, and is an emerging area biologically.

4. Honouring the soul: you chose love

A pause to honour where you’ve come from, not just where you’re trying to get to. You went into the dark places and came through with your heart. Where you could have chosen fear, you chose love. Giving yourself that recognition lets the nervous system rest, and the churning waters become still.

Psychology: Self-compassion research, especially Kristin Neff’s, shows that acknowledging your own struggle lowers threat responses. Constant striving keeps the system in a state of threat. Recognising how far you’ve come signals safety.

5. Surrender: letting the old structures crumble

The body sinks into whatever is holding it, and it might feel like your whole structure is crumbling. The bracing, resistance and patterning you’ve carried all your life are thanked rather than rejected. Then comes the intention to choose love, joy, peace and abundance. Greatness is reframed as something quiet: the foundations you lay, a smile, a word, the patterns broken for the children. “Each time you choose your peace, you are the revolution for the evolution of all.”

Psychology: Thanking old patterns instead of fighting them is close to Internal Family Systems. In that approach, protective parts are honoured for the job they did, which lets them soften. Pushing against a pattern tends to strengthen it, while appreciating it lets it relax.

6. Putting the load down: somatic release

The old rucksacks get put down: responsibilities that were never yours, and the empath’s habit of carrying everyone else’s load. The empathic child who learned to control the environment to survive the chaos is invited to let go. Tears, shaking, tapping, growling and screaming are all given permission.

Somatic psychology: Peter Levine’s Somatic Experiencing draws on how animals shake after a threat to discharge stress energy. Humans often override that response, and the charge stays held. Inviting movement and sound gives the body a way to finish what it started. The control pattern you name is a recognised childhood adaptation. When a home feels unpredictable, a child often tries to manage everyone to feel safe.

7. The breath wave and the energy circuit

Breath, heart and spine come into one gentle wave. Then the body relaxes area by area: the pelvic floor, hips, legs, toes and jaw. The tongue rests behind the front teeth to complete the circuit between the Conception and Governing Vessels. Energy flows down the front of the body, into the earth, up the spine and over the head, then out into the nervous system like a tree. You observe whether it flows smoothly, sparks or sticks, without judgement.

Physiology: Slow, even breathing increases heart rate variability, a marker of a flexible, well-regulated nervous system. It also shifts the body toward rest-and-digest. Resting the tongue on the palate does relax the jaw muscles, which in qigong is also the bridge for the circuit, often called the Microcosmic Orbit.

Quantum, as metaphor: People often link the “curious observer” stance to the quantum observer effect. To be accurate, in physics “observation” means any measuring interaction, not human consciousness. As a metaphor, it still holds something true psychologically. How we attend to something changes our relationship to it. Observing without judgement changes the experience itself.

8. The heart as a holding portal

The heart becomes a cloud of light where the white noise disappears. You rest in a bed of white light, buoyant as if on water. This cannot be rushed or forced. Then the embryonic waters: coming into coherence with the Divine Mother’s heartbeat, and healing the breaks in the feminine lineage.

Physiology and psychology: Before birth, the first rhythm we ever know is our mother’s heartbeat, heard through amniotic fluid. Returning to “the waters” and a holding heartbeat speaks directly to that earliest felt sense of safety. Attachment theory would call this a return to the secure base.

Gnostic thread: Sophia, divine Wisdom, is the feminine figure at the centre of Gnostic myth. She falls into separation, grieves and is restored to the fullness of the divine. Healing the feminine line is very much her story.

9. Light through the centres

White light streams from the heart down through the solar plexus and navel into the womb or sacral centre. That’s the place of creation, of birthing new things as well as life. From there it roots down through the legs into the earth and rises up the spine at the same time. It moves through the throat, third eye, pituitary, pineal, thyroid and thalamus, then down to calm the adrenals and kidneys. Cortisol releases out through the shoulders and the back of the head, like an old skin shedding.

Physiology: This follows a real pathway. The brain’s stress chain, the HPA axis, runs from the hypothalamus to the pituitary to the adrenal glands, which sit on top of the kidneys and release cortisol. Calming the adrenals and kidneys is anatomically where stress chemistry lives.

10. Sacral activation: joy as your compass

Heart and sacral light up together, maybe bringing joy, energy or a sense of life force. Pleasure, sensuality and bliss are named as the signal that you’re in alignment. “Joy is your currency.” Then Mother Earth appears as a reflecting pool, cheering on every heart-led step. You’re invited to dream big.

Psychology: Deb Dana, who brings polyvagal theory into therapy, uses the word “glimmers” for small moments of joy and safety. Those are the opposite of triggers. Noticing glimmers trains the nervous system toward safety. You used the same word later in the transmission. It’s also worth saying honestly that joy and pleasure are a strong compass but not the only one. Sometimes alignment feels like fear followed by relief. Your note that overwhelm can follow excitement covers that well.

Gnostic thread: The Gospel of Thomas speaks of making the two into one, the inner and the outer, the male and the female. That fits the heart–sacral union, and the masculine and feminine balance you named in the intro.

11. Rest, and rest some more

The starfish: open, held, basking in light. Then rest, and when you think you’re still, rest some more. Recognise how wired your nervous system has become. Rest is your divine right, and true creation begins in stillness.

Neuroscience: When we stop focusing on tasks, the brain’s default mode network becomes active. It’s linked to memory consolidation, self-reflection and creative insight. Rest isn’t empty time. Real integration and new ideas form there, so “creation begins in stillness” holds up.

12. The seal: Mother Mary and Sophia

Mother Mary brings gentleness with strength: you are loved, and you are love. Then comes “as within, so without, as above, so below,” held in the light of Sophia and divine order. It is done. The light seals around you and ripples into the collective field like a seismic shift.

Tradition: “As above, so below” is Hermetic, from the Emerald Tablet, rather than strictly Gnostic. The two streams grew up together in late antique Alexandria and are often woven together.

Psychology, honestly framed: Claims that individual healing measurably shifts a “collective field” aren’t established science. There is solid evidence that emotions and nervous system states spread between people through co-regulation. A calm, regulated person genuinely steadies those around them. That’s the grounded version of your ripple.

13. Returning and integrating

Hands to the heart, then stretching, yawning, belly breaths and warming the hands. Eyes open slowly with no shock. Tapping on the forehead, temples, under the eyes, under the nose, chin, heart, armpits and wrists helps ground you. An orb of light surrounds you, open only to unconditional love, and “anything else can just do one.” Then gratitude and namaste.

Psychology: Gradual re-entry matters. Coming out of a deep parasympathetic state too fast can leave people feeling spaced-out or jarred. Tapping (EFT-style) has a growing, if mixed, research base for reducing stress, and it works well as a physical anchor back into the present. The boundary orb is a clear psychological act of choosing what you let in, which fits the sovereignty theme running through the whole night.

The thread through it all: The transmission moves from survival to safety, from bracing to surrender, and from looking outward for structure to trusting the body and heart. It ends with rest as the ground new things grow from. Gnostically, it’s the movement from forgetting to remembrance. Psychologically, it’s a nervous system moving out of freeze and threat into regulation, where joy and creativity become possible again.
