This meditation took us deep into our bodies to feel what it would feel like having a golden nectar of light soothe and soften our nervous system to shift into receiving, and awaken the light body, wisdom and joy from within.

This took us into a level of the pure Divine Feminine, the Grace and Joy of receiving, not by doing, yet through being, a centred grounded presence that attracts what we desire, that breaks down time and matter, and on a quantum level draws it to us through embodied resonance.

Welcome, beautiful souls joining me tonight. It's so lovely to have you here. And for those who can't join us right now and will be catching up later, or those who come to this in their own time — whenever that is right for them — welcome too.

It's very interesting times.

I've done a few writings based on what has come through, and I feel this moon will land differently for different people depending on where they are right now. Two themes have come forward for me.

The first is about money — the essence of money.

The second is about how we view ourselves; how we shut ourselves down — body dysmorphia, not feeling good enough, all those little layers that are coming up for us to look at and address, so we can start showing up as who we truly are.

Much of this will be about the Divine Feminine. The cards that have come up today are about the Divine Feminine — and she lives within all of us, both male and female.

The Divine Feminine is rising. I felt it this morning in that theta-wave state between sleeping and waking, when I was tuning into my heart and checking that I was living in alignment and in truth to myself. I felt this crystallised structure rising and ascending up through the Earth and through our bodies.

We are really being called to awaken our hearts — to tune into what is our truth, which for me is the Creatrix. It's the Divine Mother that has birthed us, not the matrix, not the systems that feed us fear and separation. It's about bringing us back into unity.

Rose is that pathway for me. She is the essence that enables our hearts to soften — one petal at a time — allowing us to fully and truly grow into who we are. And she does it gracefully. A lot of healing can feel quite traumatic, but this is about allowing layers to release gently. Yes, emotions will move through — but in a much gentler, yet still very powerful, way.

So I'll just read — hopefully I can read my own writing!

Everything in these guided meditations is an invitation. There is nothing you have to do, so it is always an invitation for you and your body, whatever feels right.

You may wish to place your hands on your heart. You may wish to lie down to receive this. Do whatever feels right for you. The feminine is really about being in receiving mode — so anything that has blocked you from receiving joy, love, abundance, and peace, we are allowing ourselves to shift and open to receive.

Money

What came through for me the other day was about money, and how we can call money in:

Money is beautiful. Money as energy is grace, and she is waking — calling, urging to be received. To offer in abundance her blessings, her exquisiteness — a bounty of beauty.

She may appear as a heavy gold, a treasure you may feel unable to hold or know what to do with. She does not wish to stay hidden in a cave, lost and forgotten.

Melt her down as golden rivers. Create roots for her to flow into. So she awakens roots, awakens light — the veins and rivers and meridians of Mother Earth, of Sophia Gaia. Give her breath to breathe, fully, once more.

She is the life force that will be the foundation of change.

Be the abundant tree — so deeply rooted and connected. Her branches tall, wide, and expressive. Radiating and receiving this light. The vessel of earth and sky as one.

Feel her light, warmth, and golden breath — within you, upon your skin. Feel the golden love soothe your nervous system. Becoming a conduction. A transmission of bliss. Grounded abundance.

Let your waters flow with peace and expansion. Your heart, mind, and body of the earth.

A frequency. A resonance.A coherence of unification — of oneness.

Growing in truth from those roots.Breathe it in as golden light.

A piece of innate knowing. Fully felt within your womb, yoni, heart, and hara. A resonance your mind fully aligns with.

Releasing the white noise of separation — falling to ash. A white gold of alchemy. Nourishing the soil. To become a frequency holding of pure growth.

Of the seeds that have been awaiting, for millennia, to grow and come to life. A seed in soil. In blood. In bone. In the DNA of life. Of the Creatrix. Of Sophia Christ.

And so she is reborn into life and into matter.

A remembrance witnessed — for all to awaken.

Just allow yourself to receive that. And become curious about how that may feel — how it felt in your body.

Perhaps there were parts that felt beautiful, that you received and that lit you up — a joy, a tingling, a bliss, a pleasure. This is all the coding of what we are here for.

It may also have brought up resistance. Just be conscious of that, be aware of it, and hold it gently. Know that that resistance is also gold — it is bringing you back to your truth. There is full compassion for that too.

A little gem I heard earlier: women's nervous systems respond to oxytocin — the love hormone, the hormone of joy. This is good for men to understand as well, because it shows how to help bring the feminine nervous system back into safety and back into love.

Releasing the Shadow

The next piece I'd like to read is about releasing shadow — the part of us that looks in the mirror and decides we're not good enough. How you can feel so wonderful sometimes, and then you catch your reflection, and the judgement just comes in.

I always wondered: where does that actually come from?

So this next reading — just sit with it in curiosity:

Who is it that looks at me the way that I do?

Who is it that judges me the way that I do?Who is it that sees and decides?

Who is it that keeps me small and quiet?

Where is the voice that says I am not enough?

Where is the voice that says I am too much?

Where is the voice that says what is right, perfect, and enough to show up as?

For when I give myself permission to be me — my body, heart, womb, and yoni — a warmth of expansion fills me.

Yet a voice. A look. A thought — attempts to crush this joy, this freedom of self. This expression of truth and inner acceptance.

May I see that look, hear that thought, and hold the weight of that perspective as the fear and illusion of separation that it is.

To welcome it. To dissolve it. To meet the wall of contraction and breathe through it.

Each conscious breath is a moment of dissolution.An untangling of all that has had me confined — in this and all lifetimes.

For I choose my freedom. The joy and bliss of this embodied freedom.

May my soul and spirit dance upon this earth, within the dark and golden skies and stars of the universe.

I am blessed. I am love. And I am free to be me.

Each conscious breath becomes a golden step toward the realisation of my true self.

And so it is.
