Mother Wounds. Feminine Wounds. Masculine Wounds. A sacred passage of death and rebirth — the masks of unexpressed pain and performance, held within the peaceful heart and womb of the divine feminine, for the courageous men of heart ready to return to themselves through the flames of the wild feminine.
2 October — 2 JanuaryFor the men who have felt the call and cannot yet name why. You are not lost. You are arriving.
We have been taught that the divine feminine belongs to women, and that men must remain severed from it. This is perhaps the most damaging lie the system ever told — not only to women, but to men themselves. Underneath the performance of what a man is conditioned to be, there is a denial of the masculine's own nature: shame and guilt held in the sacral, hara and root, vitality dimmed, an undercurrent of disconnection from life, the world, and Mother Earth herself.
There is a story that has carried this wound for centuries without being named for what it is. Medusa was never the monster she was made into. She was an oracle, a woman whose power was feared — and so the story was rewritten to make her power monstrous, her gaze something to be destroyed rather than met. It is the same rewriting that taught men their own softness was something to be feared and destroyed in themselves. Her story is not a warning. It is a mirror of what patriarchal suppression does to power it cannot control — in woman, and in man.
Medusa carries something further, too, if we're willing to look at her without the fear the old story trained into us. Her gaze that turns men to stone is not punishment — it is a mirror held up to obsession itself: what happens when desire is no longer desire, but attachment. When wanting comes from fear, from an expectation clenched around a particular outcome, it stops being alive and hardens into fixation — a turning to stone of the very thing that was once soft and open. In greater consciousness, desire doesn't need to harden into obsession to be honoured. Explored through unconditional love — without gripping the outcome — it becomes the foundation of creativity and joy, not control. This is where desire is allowed to be enjoyed rather than feared or suppressed — in relationships, in money, in how you express yourself in the world. This is self-authority: not control over desire, but a conscious, sovereign relationship with it. And it is here that the sacred life force itself is embodied — activated through the same practices Yeshua himself carried, the spine of consciousness rising through the body, root to crown, awake and unashamed.
How a woman in her power is to be feared and destroyed. How the systems have denied the voice of the feminine, of Earth, of women, of children. How the sacred light of creation within the womb has been, unconsciously, an obsession of man to conquer, control and suppress. These wounds run deep within the feminine lineage — within the mitochondrial DNA that all of us inherit, man and woman alike. For women, this lives in the womb. For men, it lives in the hara, the gut — an unrecognised shame in the sacral, appearing as low self-worth, the sabotage voice, not going for what you desire, patterns and beliefs around money, and an unconscious block to truly stepping into one's masculine energy. It's tempting to place this alongside what the world calls "toxic masculinity," and there's truth in that surface layer, but it runs deeper — it is the trust of one's own masculinity, and the power that lies within it. The fear of the shadows, of being those shadows, is why conscious, self-authoring somatic practice is fundamental here: to know you are an embodiment of innocence, of the Divine Masculine, a fierce protector of the feminine, held in honour and reverence.
There is a quieter current beneath all of this — not loud, not visible, but structural. It lives in questions of authority, legitimacy, of who gave permission to be a man on his own terms. This is not only a psychological pattern. It has a name in the sky: Lilith sits in Capricorn throughout the entire three months of this container — the sign of structure, hierarchy, the father, the system — carrying the shadow of everything patriarchy built its legitimacy on. She is the undercurrent that never leaves the room. Present in every session, whether named aloud or not, she is the reason this work has to go to the root of authority itself, not just its symptoms.
The shame she uncovers is not yours. It is inherited rather than earned, carried in the body, in the tissues, in the mitochondrial DNA passed unbroken through the maternal line — cellular memory of a feminine lineage that was suppressed, silenced, and severed from the men born of it. Most men carrying this shame have never once been permitted to feel it, only to perform around it.
This is not spoken of to induce more shame. It is spoken so it can finally be seen, felt in the body, and alchemised — not intellectualised, not understood from the mind alone, but met the way it was made: somatically, in the flesh, in the blood, in the DNA.
This container opens the exact day Venus stations retrograde in Scorpio. She does not simply enter the underworld — she stops there, turns, and begins her descent. Within weeks, Mercury joins her in the depths, retrograde alongside her in the same sign — mind and heart both turned backward at once, both asked to stop, review, and feel rather than move forward and perform. Together they turn direct in the same window, mid-way through the container, before Venus continues her long journey home — completing her circle back into Scorpio almost exactly as this container closes.
This is not decoration laid over the work. It is the architecture of it. Venus rules Taurus — the body, the flesh, the earth, embodiment itself — so it is precisely the planet of embodied love who is asked to descend into the void before she can be reborn. Her retrograde is the void of the womb: the place before form, before mask, before performance, where nothing can be presented, only felt. No masks. No performance. Only a pure, open, conscious, vulnerable and courageous heart and voice — a presence that finally needs no performance to be real.
Venus and Earth are weaving this whole time, the sacred rose. Every eight years, Venus traces a five-petalled rose across the sky in her motion relative to our Earth — following the divine blueprint of creation, the golden spiral. The Sacred Rose is the pathway honoured by the Essenes, the Gnostics, Yeshua, Mary Magdalene and Mother Mary Etherlene — the pure blueprint of the feminine, held before trauma, before suppression, before the story was ever rewritten. This is the blueprint this container returns you to.
This container was seeded on the New Moon in Taurus, 16th May — Venus's own sign — the calling of the masculine to return, recorded and felt long before it had a name or a start date. Everything since then, my own healing between that new moon and this one, has been the ground this work now stands on. In the depths of the container, the Full Moon rises again in Taurus, Venus's home: the wild feminine as the flame of truth, the peace of the healed heart as the vessel that holds it.
Here in the northern hemisphere, this container carries us into winter, into the Solstice — the dark mother, the void and womb of creation herself. This is the season where all is released, decomposed, grieved; where nothing is asked to stay pretty or produce. We are not asking you to fear this darkness. It is not something to survive. It is somewhere to rest — a depth of comfort, warmth, and holding that reaches into your own inner landscape, where you are safe, held, and loved unconditionally, exactly as you are, before anything is asked to be reborn.
The mask you have worn — the version of manhood that needed to be seen, admired, in control — did not make you strong. It made you exhausted. Dropping it is not weakness. It is the beginning of aligned service and genuine reverence: for the feminine, for women as the gatekeepers of life itself, for the yoni as the portal through which creation and divinity enter this world — the womb, quite literally, of soul consciousness.
Mars moves through this container too, and its movement mirrors the exact shift being asked of you. Mars begins in Leo — the sign of being seen, of performance, pride, the need for an audience to confirm you're enough. Partway through the container, Mars crosses into Virgo: precision, humility, devotion, the body offered in service rather than display. This is the mask dropping in the sky as much as in you — not a loss, but a redirection of the same fire, from being watched to being useful, from performance into reverence.
This is not asked of you as submission. It is asked of you as honour — the same honour a man offers Mother Earth when he learns to root into her rather than take from her; to meet her with heart-conscious presence rather than performance.
You do not need to name it perfectly to begin. Recognition in the body is enough.
I hold this as a woman who has alchemised many shadows of the subconscious mind and unconscious body, processing trauma, inherited and experienced, feeling into the wounds of the masculine, the suppression and abuse. And I have alchemised this as my inner gold, insight and wisdom — a choosing of my own peace, a processing of rage, grief and forgiveness, to hold an open heart in peace and unconditional love for the men who choose to walk this path and return to the Divine Feminine within, to fully embody their true Divine Masculine.
Our Earth is calling you to return. Sophia Gaia is calling the masculine to return in full presence and embodiment — to be the voice of unconditional love for Earth, her creatures, for women and our children.
I do not reframe or soften the feminine nature of this work for the men who enter it. I hold it in its full depth, its full power, its full ancient intelligence — and it is exactly this that creates something rare: a space where a man can encounter the feminine without threat, undistorted, unconditional, un-weaponised, and met with a compassion, a tenderness, that softens the walls of grief, anger and protection — so the heart can truly open.
This calling did not begin with me choosing it. It came as guidance from Yeshua, showing me that I was to hold this space for men — a call I have felt as one of the greatest honours of my work, and a natural continuation of the work of Sophia Christos that has moved through everything I have held before this.
With over seventeen years in somatic bodywork, energy medicine, trauma transformation and the sacred lineage of the Rose, I understand both wounds — the feminine and the masculine — from the inside. I hold them both with the same unconditional love.
This is serious inner work, held with deep professional integrity. Men who engage with it do so with genuine commitment to their own growth and healing, and are met with that same seriousness and respect in return.
Rooted in the Golden Rose lineage and adapted entirely for the masculine journey: channelled somatic quantum alchemy meditations, hara connection, DNA and lineage-level embodiment work, and the death-and-rebirth passage this page describes — held across the full arc of Venus and Mercury's descent and return through Scorpio, Mars's turn from Leo's performance into Virgo's devotion, and Lilith's steady presence in Capricorn naming the authority wound throughout.
Reach out to me. I'll hold this container the feminine way — of intuition and higher consciousness — and guide you safely into your body, bringing light to your shadows with love and compassion, not judgement.
First step is always a 1:1 conversation — no obligation, just an honest look at whether this is aligned for you.
