What kept coming was the violet rose — a portal, a colour, a frequency — and from that single image an entire transmission unfolded: divine alchemy of the mind, the rose chakra journey from root to heart, the balance of fire and water, the process of death and regeneration, and then a deeply sacred vision of Mary Magdalene, Yeshua, Mother Mary and — stepping forward for the first time — Sarah, their daughter, holding a blue rose.
She is the mitochondria, the feminine lineage, the embodiment of soul and spirit unified in form.
This episode is really about how we become alchemists of our own consciousness, how we break ancestral patterns through presence and embodiment rather than mental understanding, and how the heart — not the mind — is the portal to Source.

A Gnostic & Scientific Reflection
The theta state — the science of that liminal space
What you were describing at the very start — that not-quite-awake, not-quite-asleep threshold — has a precise neurological name and a well-documented significance. Theta wave activity runs between 3.5 and 7.5 Hz and is seen in connection with creativity, intuition, daydreaming and fantasising. It is a repository for memories, emotions and sensations, and is strongest during internal focus, meditation, prayer and spiritual awareness — it reflects the state between wakefulness and sleep and relates to the subconscious mind. It is also known as the twilight state, normally only momentarily experienced as you drift off to sleep or arise from deep sleep. In other words, what the mystics have always called the threshold or liminal space, neuroscience now maps exactly — and confirms it as the one window where the subconscious becomes directly accessible. Your description of violet as the union of red (earth, fire, root) and blue (sky, light, consciousness) is pure alchemical teaching — and it also happens to be accurate physics. Fire and water — the balance
Your repeated return to the balance between fire and water reflects one of the oldest organisational principles in natural philosophy. In Hermetic and alchemical thought, fire (will, transformation, the masculine principle) and water (feeling, reception, the feminine principle) are the two primary forces whose correct relationship determines whether the work succeeds or stagnates. Too much water without fire becomes inert — the stagnancy you named. Too much fire without water burns through without depth. The green you saw — the leaves, the stem of the rose — is also alchemically significant: green is the colour of the viriditas, the greening life-force described by Hildegard von Bingen, the generative intelligence that bridges the two.
Embodiment before understanding
Perhaps the most important thread running through this entire episode is the instruction you kept receiving: embody it first, then the intelligence comes back up. This is not simply spiritual teaching. It is how the nervous system actually works. The body processes experience through the interoceptive network — the vagus nerve, the enteric system, the heart's neural network — before the prefrontal cortex makes meaning of it. When we rush to understand, we short-circuit a processing loop that runs from body to limbic system to thinking brain. Receiving first, understanding later, is neurologically correct. The body is not slower than the mind. In many ways, it is faster and wiser — it just speaks a different language.
