This episode untangles three things that usually get lumped together under "dark": the dark divine feminine, the shadow feminine, and the patriarchal fear of both.
The dark divine feminine is shown through Kali, who sees darkness and names it from unconditional love, and Lilith, the feminine who refused to submit to the wounded masculine ego and is now returning to unravel the systems built on suppression. Their darkness isn't harmful. It's power rooted in love.
The shadow feminine is different. It's the human survival response to patriarchy, shown through the Snow White queen: feminine power used out of fear, jealousy and the need to hold position. It shows up as competition between women, as wounds passed from mother to daughter, and as manipulation of men. That last one feeds a man's core fear that surrendering his heart to a woman means losing himself.
The reframe for men is that it's the projected manhood that has to be lost: the masks, the performance, the expectations. The true Divine Masculine is found by passing through the heart, held by a woman who has done her own healing. You lose yourself to find yourself.
The healing path runs through non-judgement, responsibility and forgiveness, which you describe as the sword of truth that frees the soul from shame. The ego becomes a mirror to question rather than a truth to believe.
You also describe two kinds of entity. Some were once light and have forgotten it, and Kali and Kuan Yin help return them. Others have no light of their own and are drawn to it like moths. Both attach to fear, and neither can touch a heart that keeps choosing love.
The thread through everything is that love isn't weakness. Choosing it again and again builds discernment, sovereignty and the ability to forgive without accepting a pattern. As autumn turns to winter and the Dark Mother, the Divine Feminine is rising in both women and men.

Welcome to Diary of a Sleeping Goddess. I'm so excited about this episode today, because I want to talk about the dark feminine, the shadow feminine and the dark divine feminine.
Many people will possibly get confused, because these things get muddled into each other. Certainly the patriarchal system will have you think it's all negative and to be feared. So what I want to do is bring discernment, bring light and bring clarity to all these little shadows and darknesses and what they really are. Sometimes words can confuse matters, because we think darkness is bad, or that shadow is a wound to heal. It could be different things. So I just want to put it out there in the best way I can possibly explain it.
Rewinding back: who am I and what do I do? I'm a bodywork therapist. I've been doing this for 17 years, and my work has evolved really deeply into the feminine, into Divine Feminine healing and the Sophia Christos. That's the white light that's in every single cell of your being, which creates you and births you. It's the intelligence and the wisdom that is you, that's already inside you. My work is about bringing that back into a place of wholeness, of coherence, of consciousness.
Pain, dis-ease, mental health, all these aspects, and also money and relationships, all have a correspondence to how we're interacting with ourselves and with this wisdom and insight within us.
So what does that actually fucking mean? I go off into a huge spectrum, and then I try to bring it back into the earthly and embodied: what is this, and what do I do with all of it? My journey has been about trauma alchemy. It's been about womb healing, the Daughters of the Golden Rose and the Rose Lineage. That's all come through in the last couple of years of this deep Divine Feminine healing, which we think is just for women. And it has been, up until now.
Now it's for men to do as well. Personally, I can't see men being able to do this while being held by another man. This is about the embodiment of the Divine Masculine being held by the Feminine. That's why I'm holding a container from the beginning of October for three months, which some beautiful souls have already dropped into. This is also for women, because this whole journey I've been on has been about wound healing. It's been the alchemy of the masculine, the father wounds, the mother wounds, and the trauma and abuse the Divine Feminine has had to endure. It's about setting her free. She's within us as women, and she's also in you as men.
But this patriarchal system has denied you of that. It's seen as weakness, along with emotional intelligence and your intuition. You've been projected as a certain way of being, and if you allow anything of the Divine Feminine within you, then you're weak. There are many ways the systems have suppressed both women and men through the suppression of the Divine Feminine. And because of that, other things have been birthed.
So, the dark divine feminine. We have Kali. She's fucking amazing. She'll literally see the entities out there. She'll see the darkness, she'll see the wounds, and she'll call it. She comes from darkness, but with a light that is unconditional love. That's where she resonates from. As much as people may fear her because of the power she holds, she holds a power that comes from unconditional love, for the highest and greatest good.
Then you have Lilith. She's coming through strongly now. She's the dark feminine who would not surrender to the wounded masculine ego. She would not surrender to the system, so she was outcast. And she's returning. This is her time, this is her moment. She's coming through to unravel all of the patterning, all of the conditioning, and all the foundations of systems, of governance and of religion. That's anything that has suppressed the Divine Feminine, and equally our soul and our sovereignty.
So those two are coming from a place of pure love, for the highest and greatest good.
Then you also have what was birthed through all of that: the human experience in response to patriarchal suppression. The easiest way I can share it is "Mirror, mirror on the wall". It's that dark, scorned queen in Snow White. She was finding her way to survive in a patriarchal system. Now, that doesn't mean the way she behaved was okay.
I know you're probably thinking, "What's she on about now? She's talking about some friggin' fairy tale. Has she lost the plot?" No, I haven't. What I'm trying to show you is an archetype. A lot of fairy tales are archetypes, which is really interesting, because this one brings in the apple, the seed of life, the pomegranate, Persephone. Many fairy tales have truth in them, wrapped around with distortions. They also show the wise woman. I'm not saying the queen was a wise woman, but often the witches and the crones were the ones to be feared. So fairy tales and these stories have been a way of manipulating our conditioning as well.
But coming right back to that queen: she was acting in fear. She was accessing her divine power, her feminine power, and she manipulated it out of fear and jealousy. It's claimed it was vanity. I also feel it was about trying to keep her place in power rather than being overthrown.
And that again is the patriarchal system, which would have you think there's a hierarchy to be in. There isn't. When women are truly connected to one another through love, we hold circle and support one another. Competition and comparison have basically just kept women tied and staying small.
You could go into many layers with this, but the essence of what I want to share is that this was the manipulation of the Divine Feminine, of the womb energy that women are the gatekeepers of. There was scorn there. I've seen it work as jealousy towards other women, and it can even come through from mother to daughter. (I got shivers as I said that.) And it would also have been used on men.
So the dark feminine that comes from a place of fear will certainly be coming through in this container. That's because this archetype, this patterning and this experience runs through all of us, women and men. Above all, it shows up as a man's hesitation to surrender to the feminine, to the female.
The woman is the protector of the heart, and the man is the protector of the body. Both are beautiful positions of power, but power can be manipulated, as we know. So for a man to fully surrender his heart, the fear behind it is: will he lose himself? Will he completely lose himself and be manipulated? Will he not come back as his true self, his true embodied masculine?
What we have to acknowledge is that, yes, this energy runs through all of us. It's a fear that a woman in scorn, in betrayal, in hurt or in anger can manipulate her power.
So the container I'm holding comes with peace in my heart. I've done the healing. I hold it with true intention and desire for the man to come through the flames. That means losing oneself: losing the identities, the ego of separation, and the projections of the masculine that we see in the whole patriarchal system. It means losing the masks, the performance, and the expectations of who they think they're here to be and how they need to perform. Cut all that shit. Then they can step through the passageway of the heart, the pure womb of the Divine Feminine, to find who they truly, truly are, into the true embodied Divine Masculine.
So they have to lose themselves to truly find themselves. It's like a portal, a vessel, a womb for that whole rebirth, and it needs to be held to enable it to happen. For that to happen, we have to see all the fears in the subconscious and the unconscious that would trip someone up as they move through the process.
I can see that this has been in me at a soul level, because if we can see it, we've experienced it, and we've been it at some point. This is where the work with Yeshua comes in. It's about not holding judgement of self. It's about taking responsibility without the judgement. It's about really seeing wherever we've acted in fear and separation, bringing alchemy to that, bringing peace and declaring it, and bringing in forgiveness.
The act of forgiveness is like the sword of truth. It's an act of freedom that sets your soul free. It sets you free from the unconscious shame, the guilt and the low vibrations that keep us in the loop of suffering, scarcity and separation. When we fully honour that and go through this rite of passage, shall I say, we return to who we truly are: our sovereignty as a soul. What was once our ego of separation becomes an identity of unity in its own sovereign way. We become a reflection of that unity in our own sovereign being, in the flesh, as we are.
The ego is like a mirror. It can mirror our untruths back to us, showing us where we're away from our truth and from who we truly are. But we often look at the ego and buy into it as our truth, so we stay in that pit of doom, suffering, scarcity and separation.
What if we could objectively look at our ego and go, "What are you trying to tell me? That I'm away from my truth?" Then we break that pattern of emotional thought and cycle and actually ask: "How is this happening for me? What are you trying to show me? How do I grow? What's my truth? What's the polar opposite of what you're showing me, because that's actually my truth? What old belief system or fear can I move through? Where can I bring light to my darkness to realise who I truly am?" Then you become, like I say, this embodied identity of unity.
What I really wanted to share here is that there are many layers to this, and women and men carry it in different ways. Men will carry it as a fear of opening their hearts to a woman, because if they lose themselves, they'll lose their identity, their manhood, who they are. But it's the projected manhood you need to lose, not your true Divine Masculine. When someone holds this process with a pure heart and womb, you can let go of your false identities to find who you truly are.
Then we have entities! Oh, these entities, they're so much fun. I've had my own experience, and it's given me no-bullshit glasses. I can see them for what they are.
The way I'm seeing it, there are two different kinds of entity. There are entities that were once light, but because of hate, betrayal, pain and suffering, they inverted that light, became the darkness and acted from it. For so long, they forgot they were once light. This is when Kali comes in. She shows me: "Here they are." Then I bring in Kuan Yin, who brings compassion and reminds them that they were once light. It can be a bit of a struggle, but it's literally reminding them of that, and eventually they move to the light. That's what happens.
But there's a lot of pain, a lot of grief, a lot of surrendering. I've witnessed it as a part within myself. It was a woman who had been severely raped. That part came in as a witch of hatred and anger, carrying anger towards the masculine and protecting my heart so I wouldn't open.
Like I say, men and women mirror each other. They'll have the same wound, but they often project it in different ways. So the root of it is getting to the wound that both are mirroring in their own way, and healing it, alchemising it and bringing peace to it.
So yes, we have entities that were once light but have forgotten they were. They've carried the shame of that deeply, so they don't think they're worthy to return to the light. That's one kind.
Then there are the ones that make me shiver slightly: the ones that aren't of the light at all. They're like some peculiar force that's trying to get the light, and they may be attached to the first kind. They're like moths, predators of this light, the Divine Feminine light. That's because the Divine Feminine is creation. She's the DNA of all potential of life. So it's pretty fucking special.
Women are the gatekeepers of that, through their womb, and it can never be accessed through force or fear. That's what women are waking up to. A lot of women know it, or eventually they come to know it. Then there's also the fear of connecting to that power, because at one point they may well have abused it.
And men, I believe, often have stuff attached to them that makes them act in certain ways, to keep the feminine and the masculine severed.
So there are many, many layers that probably wouldn't all be understood. But the key here is fear, and ultimately moving away from fear. Fear is the illusion. That's unless it's in the very present moment: you're being chased by a big cat, or you need to step back because you're too close to the cliff edge. Anything else isn't real.
These entities, these darker forces, attach to fears within you. That could be the fear that you're not enough, or the fear of abandonment. It will all have a root in fear. The key for us is not to fight it, push it, or come at it with the same energy it has. We have to choose love, unconditional love. We need to step into our bodies and deeper into our hearts and know that this is our divine truth.
When you do this over and over again, you create a separation between fear and love. Once you truly open into your frequency of who you are, which is unconditional love, fear can't touch it. The more you choose love, the more discernment you have about what fear is. You can see it clearly.
That's what we're seeing in the wider world. It's so obvious what's going on: the fear, the manipulation, everything out there. It's obvious because what's rising is pure unconditional love. You've been taught to think there's just fear out there. But the reason we can see it so fucking clearly is the rising energy of love.
That's where we need to put our energy and attention. We feed that through our hearts and keep feeding it, because that's the alchemy. It's the alchemy for ourselves, for our inner peace, our love, our joy and our abundance, and for our world as well. We do it from within. That's how fucking powerful we are.
We're so fucking powerful. We are the creators and we are the observers. What we create depends on how we choose to observe. If we put our energy into negativity, that's what we'll create. If we put our energy into love, that's what we'll create. That's how powerful we are, and that's why there are so many attempts to manipulate the mind in so many ways. The fear, the separation, the scarcity and all that jazz are basically attempting to invade your mind.
So you claim back your heart. You claim back your mind, your truth, your sovereignty and your power. You become an empowered being in unity, and you'll be amazed at what shifts when you choose that. That's what's going on.
You always have to come back to yourself as an individual and to what you can do within you. (I don't know why my hands are being held here, but I feel like there's an energy I just need to alchemise and clear.)
The real truth is discernment. The more we choose love, the more perspective and clarity we'll have about what isn't serving us, what's no longer aligned to us and what no longer gives us joy. That might be people or patterns. It might be self-abandonment or the fear of abandonment. It might be the people-pleaser sacrificing our inner peace, or the martyr. We want to save the world, but we're martyring our energy. What we actually realise is that to save the world, we need to save ourselves first. That's not selfish. It's a pattern that makes you think it's selfish.
There are so many unconscious and subconscious layers we need to go through. They'll all come to light for us to alchemise and heal, so we can have greater insight and wisdom about ourselves. When we've got that, we're so fucking empowered. That's "know thyself", the Oracle of Delphi, Yeshua. This whole journey isn't about judgement or punishment or anything like that. It's simply about finding who you really are and acknowledging it.
And I'm finding that moving through the darkness isn't scary at all when you've got this awareness, this consciousness and this connection to your heart. That's when you literally alchemise and turn fear to dust.
That's the most powerful thing: to keep choosing love. Love has always been shown as weakness, and it's not. It's the most fucking powerful thing there is. Imagine having been through pain, suffering and trauma, and still remaining true to yourself and true to your heart, without falling into the dirty depths of what humanity can be. That's power, right there. You've kept the integrity of who you truly are as a divine soul being. That's not weakness, even if you feel like you've been walked over.
Sometimes maybe we've had far too much empathy and compassion for somebody else's fears, because we wanted peace and felt that's what we needed. But when we find inner peace in ourselves, we can still be in our hearts. The key is finding that inner peace and safety in our bodies first. Then we can be truly discerning: "Okay, that isn't serving me. I can forgive that person, but that doesn't mean I accept the pattern continuing." You walk away. You find your voice. You come back to your peace. It's not about suppressing your true self and your true feelings.
There's so much to share. But what I really wanted to come back to is that we're moving into winter, into the Dark Mother. As autumn drops into winter, the Dark Divine Feminine is showing herself to me. Lilith and Kali are here to hold me and show me this light, the light of the shadow of the feminine. The masculine has its shadow, and so does the feminine. Both have had to act in certain ways to survive. Now we're realising that these are survival patterns, because of the patriarchal fucking system.
Men, don't get in your head and arsey about that. I'm not saying that's men. Yes, it's mostly governed by men and has been created by men. And women who step into it are still abiding by the patriarchal system that men set up. But it's the Divine Feminine that has been oppressed, and she's in both women and men.
It's the Divine Feminine that's rising, in truth. She's shattering all the illusions and patterns of separation from our divinity as a soul. So yes, that's the most exciting stuff that's going on.
I'd say don't fear entities. It seems to be becoming one of my new superpowers to be able to go, "Okay, there you are, off we go." I can read and see what kind it is. Is it a light being that has turned to darkness, or is it something with no soul light in it whatsoever? That second kind just needs to be shown the light, because it has an absolute thirst for the divine light. You literally just share the light, it can't help itself, and it burns into that light. It's really quite fucking incredible, actually.

Only the purest of conscious hearts can access the womb, which holds the Sophia Christos light, the light of creation, and create in alignment with her purest heart, for the highest and greatest good. Nothing else will get in there. The key for us as women is to remember that, embody it and start creating from it.
