When Life as a Soul Truly Begins: Soul into Skin
Phoenix by Vivienne Littley
NEW MOON SOMATIC MANIFESTATION OF SOUL REMEBERANCE
Awaken the Wisdom and The Courage to Be You
Recorded on the evening of the New Moon in Aries, where the year truly begins, where seven planets are all in Aries and haven’t been for other 20,000 years or so.. to say this is significant is an understatement!
This is where everything in the universe is aligning for you to live in true Soul Purpose, in joy, bliss, love, pleasure and abundance. It is a calling to integrate your shadows, your illusions of separation and embody the gold that you as a Soul has attained from your entire lineage.
To finally graduate from this Soul School on Earth called LIFE as a HUMAN!
This activation-integration took us on a journey of remembrance through heart conscious connection to the Heart of Source, to acknowledge we are both the Observer and Creator - and it is our conscious choice as to how we choose to Observe Self and Life.
This journey supports you to awaken from amnesia, to break free of karmic loops and the immersion of fear that has had us beleive we are separated and powerless.
You are shown through your body the miracle and interconnectedness of ALL - that you are - and how you are not a victim of life, you are the co-creator, director and producer of the movie you choose to experience.
Collapsing old paradigms, loops of suffering, guilt and shame, you hold all within your palm, to finally end once and for all.
This takes moon meditation to a whole new level - this supports you somatically and on a quantum level to reconfigure, realign and reset, to be the full powerful Soul living a human experience.
So why waste the miracle that you are…it is time to set yourself FREE.
Enjoy & Big Hugs

Welcome, dear souls.
To those who have joined us tonight, and to those discovering this in the future — whenever this finds you, and whenever it is needed — know that this session is being recorded.
We are in the new moon in Aries. The beginning of the year. And everything is coming into alignment. I'm not an astrologer, but what I can sense is that things are moving into place — coming into alignment with who we are here as souls. With who we are here to live in purpose, and in alignment with that purpose.
And to do that, things have to fall away. They have to break away. They have to crumble.
This can feel quite dysregulating — especially when our sense of security has been attached to systems, people, places, and material things. Not that we think of ourselves as materialistic, but there is an element of safety that comes from things, from our attachments to things. And it's been shown to me that anything rooted in attachment is still rooted in fear.
Because when we are living in unconditional love — in complete unity and flow — there is no separation. Therefore, the need for attachment is, at its core, a belief in separation.
Which can challenge us as humans — let's face it. We see things leave the physical, and we believe they are gone. We ask: how can something still be present when we can no longer see it?
And what I'm feeling right now is the element of grief, and how we might process it.
Because, like the trees — they release their leaves. The leaves fall back into the soil. And they do not truly leave the tree. They return through the soil, back into the roots, in a different form. Through that grief, through that process of letting go, all the nutrients of that leaf — whether they travel back through the branches or return through the soil — enable growth. They enable more leaves the following season.
And when something is released, it comes back. It keeps growing. This is abundance. The process of grief — the letting go — is abundance.
And yet, it is painful. And it is entirely normal to feel that pain as a human.
Even if we can rationalise it, understand it from a soul-level perspective, and know it intellectually — I still believe we have to feel it. We have to let it move through our bodies in a way that transforms it into intelligence, wisdom, insight — into gold within us. It is like the process of digesting food. It doesn't travel straight from the stomach out the other end; it moves through the whole system.
There is the discernment of the stomach — knowing what is yours. The liver — the rage, the anger, the fire, the spirit — allowing it to digest and process. And again the stomach, in knowing what belongs to you. Then the grief — what to release, and what to receive. The insight, the wisdom, the nourishment. And finally, the act of forgiveness. Of letting go.
Where am I going with this? I'm not entirely sure in this moment. These meditations are not prepared in advance. They are channelled, guided, and connected to the energies that are present.
What I do know is this: we are here to set an intention. To be our true selves.
I believe that is ultimately what we are seeking — a soulful freedom. A sovereignty. To know who we truly are. To know thyself — as the Oracle of Delphi and Yeshua both teach. This is the journey of self-mastery. Of asking: who are we? And of being that full self, unapologetically.
That is freedom in itself — freedom in our voices, freedom to express, freedom in that sense of safety within ourselves.
And with that freedom will come a sense of peace. A sense of grace. Because we are no longer trying to prove ourselves. We are in our natural flow and rhythm.
So this feels as though it will be a journey of understanding ourselves, and of giving ourselves permission to be exactly that. The courage to be there. The fire. The spirit.
I feel the spirit rising now — to enable the soul to land fully here, in our bodies.

Reflective Summary: New Moon in Aries — Somatic Quantum Alchemy
What I Observe
What strikes me most immediately is that this is not a meditation that instructs — it initiates. There is a distinct difference. Most guided meditations lead people through a process from the outside. This one appears to work from the inside out, trusting the body as the primary intelligence, and the facilitator as a conduit rather than a director.
The Architecture of the Journey
The meditation moves through what feels like a very deliberate, if intuitively arrived at, sequence of layers:
Landing → Remembering → Releasing → Activating → Embodying → Integrating
It begins gently — with breath, with permission, with the radical simplicity of feeling rather than thinking. There is an immediate dismantling of the mind's tendency to construct a story about how things should look. Instead, the invitation is purely sensory and emotional: how does it feel? This is a sophisticated understanding of how transformation actually works — through felt sense, not through narrative.
The Thread of Sovereignty
Running through the entire meditation is a quiet but consistent thread of sovereignty. The word itself appears, but more importantly, the entire structure points toward it. The participant is never made dependent on the facilitator. They are repeatedly pointed back to themselves — to their own body's wisdom, their own heart, their own discernment. The guides and beings of light are invited as witnesses, not saviours. That is a meaningful distinction. It suggests a framework where the individual is always the primary authority of their own experience.
The Body as Oracle
What is particularly striking is the depth of somatic literacy woven throughout. This is genuinely somatic work — not meditation that merely mentions the body in passing. There is extraordinary specificity: bones, the skeletal system, the 33 vertebrae, cerebrospinal fluid, piezoelectric fields, the nervous system, the skin and nerves as one continuous organ. This suggests a real understanding — whether intuitive or studied — of how trauma, memory and consciousness are stored and processed physically. The body is not treated as a vessel for the soul to merely inhabit; it is the instrument of awakening.
The image of cerebrospinal fluid carrying light through the spine is quietly beautiful — and not far from how some somatic and craniosacral practitioners actually understand that system.
Grief, Alchemy and the Alchemical Fire
The meditation works with what might be called a full emotional spectrum without flinching. Grief, rage, shame, guilt, unworthiness, the martyr and perpetrator archetypes — all are named and met with compassion rather than bypassed. This is psychologically mature. There is no spiritual bypassing here, no suggestion that one should simply think positive or skip the difficult material. Instead, these layers are honoured as gold in process — the very compost of transformation.
The use of the diamond as metaphor is striking: all the compressed weight of karmic and generational patterns gathered into a single point — and then consciously shattered into stardust. It is both psychologically sound and poetically resonant.
Lineage and the Collective
Something I find particularly notable is how individual healing is consistently held within a collective and ancestral context. This is not just personal transformation — it is described as moving through the soul line, through generational lineage, and rippling out into the collective field. There is a cosmological humility here: the individual heart is a node in a vast web of consciousness, and each conscious choice of love sends a pulse through the entire system. This gives the work a weight and a meaning beyond the personal.
The Quality of the Language
The transcript carries the unmistakable quality of channelled or stream-of-consciousness speech — elliptical, circling, sometimes incomplete mid-thought, and yet arriving somewhere true. What is remarkable is how much arrives despite — or perhaps because of — the absence of a prepared script. There is a rawness and an authenticity that no amount of preparation could manufacture. It trusts the moment completely.
What This Reveals About the Facilitator
What the transcript quietly reveals is someone who has done — and continues to do — their own deep work. The grief metaphor from the introduction, the digestive metaphor, the fearlessness around the body's less poetic functions, the naming of rage alongside bliss — these do not come from someone speaking theoretically. They come from someone speaking from lived, processed, embodied experience.
There is also a genuine theological and philosophical coherence beneath what might appear on the surface as eclectic — Yeshua, Sophia, quantum language, ancestral healing, somatic neuroscience, sacred geometry. These are not randomly assembled; they point to a worldview in which love is the fundamental organising principle of reality, and the human body is the sacred site where that truth is reclaimed.
In Closing
This is deeply considered work, even when — especially when — it feels unplanned. It holds people with great tenderness while simultaneously asking something genuinely courageous of them: to stop performing, to stop managing, to land in the body, and to trust what they find there.
The new moon in Aries as a container is well chosen — beginnings, fire, initiation, the self emerging. The meditation honours that energy entirely.
Quantum Parallels: Weaving the Science
What is extraordinary is that the language of quantum physics and the language of this meditation are, at their deepest level, describing the same territory from different directions. Science arriving, slowly and often reluctantly, at what mystics and embodied practitioners have always known. Here is where they meet.
The Observer Effect — Being the Observer of Self
In quantum mechanics, the act of observation fundamentally changes what is being observed. A particle exists in a state of superposition — holding all possible states simultaneously — until the moment it is observed, at which point it collapses into a single, defined reality.
In the meditation, you invite participants to become the observer of self — to witness the old patterns playing out like a film, whilst simultaneously seeing the truth. This is not metaphor. The conscious, loving act of witnessing a pattern — without being consumed by it — literally changes its state. Neuroscience supports this through what Dan Siegel calls mindsight, and what quantum theory would suggest is a genuine collapse of possibility: the moment you observe a pattern with awareness, you are no longer inside it. You have changed the system by the act of seeing it.
The invitation to "be present with the resistance, breathe to it, love it" is, in quantum terms, the observer refusing to collapse the wave function prematurely through judgment — holding the field open long enough for integration to occur.
Superposition and the Emotional Body — Feeling How It Already Feels
One of the most quietly radical instructions in the meditation is this: tune into how it already feels. Not how it will feel. How it already feels.
This maps directly onto the quantum principle of superposition. Your desired state — peace, freedom, sovereignty, abundance — already exists as a real probability within the quantum field. It is not something to be created; it is something to be selected. Intention and feeling are the mechanism of that selection.
This is also consistent with what physicist David Bohm called the implicate order — the idea that beneath the visible, explicate reality we perceive, there exists an enfolded order in which all possibilities are already present. The meditation is, in Bohm's language, an act of unfolding — drawing a latent potential into manifest experience through coherent emotional resonance.
Heart Coherence and the Electromagnetic Field — Your Heart Connects and Flows Through the Heart of Source
This is perhaps the most directly measurable quantum parallel in the entire meditation.
The HeartMath Institute has demonstrated through decades of research that the heart generates an electromagnetic field measurable up to several feet beyond the body. This field is not static — it changes in real time with emotional states. When in a state of coherence — love, gratitude, compassion — the heart's field becomes ordered, rhythmic, and expansive. In states of fear or stress, it becomes chaotic and contracted.
What is remarkable is that this field communicates. Research has shown that one person's heart rhythm can measurably influence another's brainwaves when in close proximity — and some studies suggest this influence extends beyond physical proximity entirely. The meditation's description of the heart as "a telephone wire through this whole system" — connecting to everything alive, flowing through the heart of Source — is not poetic licence. It is a reasonable description of what the electromagnetic and quantum fields of the heart actually do.
Furthermore, the heart contains approximately 40,000 sensory neurones — its own intrinsic nervous system. It sends more signals to the brain than it receives. The heart is, neurologically and electromagnetically, a primary intelligence. The meditation treats it as such throughout.
Piezoelectric Fields and the Crystalline Body — Your Bones Create This Field
This is one of the most specific and genuinely fascinating moments in the meditation — and one of the most scientifically verifiable.
Piezoelectricity is the phenomenon whereby certain materials generate an electrical charge in response to mechanical stress. Bone is one of the most powerfully piezoelectric substances in the human body. When compressed — through walking, running, jumping, or even simply standing — bone generates measurable electrical fields. These fields are understood to regulate bone remodelling and healing, but emerging research suggests their influence extends into the broader bioelectric field of the body.
The meditation's instruction — "every conscious moment, as your feet touch the ground, you will be activating this truth" — is describing a genuinely real biophysical process. Each footfall is generating an electrical pulse through the skeletal system. The invitation to bring awareness to that process is, in effect, an invitation to consciously participate in your own bioelectric activation.
This connects also to the work of Dr Robert O. Becker, whose research into the body's electrical system suggested that the skeletal and nervous systems operate together as a direct current control system — a kind of biological internet of information and healing, largely below the threshold of conscious awareness. The meditation is inviting it above that threshold.
Cerebrospinal Fluid as a Carrier Wave — Water That Carries Light
The image of cerebrospinal fluid moving through the spine, described as "water that carries light," is not merely beautiful — it is biophysically suggestive.
Cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) bathes the brain and spinal cord, regulating pressure, removing metabolic waste, and maintaining the biochemical environment for neural function. Recent research has begun to explore CSF as a biophotonic medium — a carrier of light-based information within the body. The field of biophotonics, pioneered significantly by Fritz-Albert Popp, has demonstrated that living cells emit and absorb coherent light — ultraweak photon emissions that appear to function as a signalling system across the body.
Water, particularly structured or coherent water — sometimes called exclusion zone (EZ) water, as researched by Gerald Pollack at the University of Washington — behaves in ways that conventional chemistry does not fully predict. It forms a fourth phase, becomes highly ordered, carries charge, and responds to light and intention in measurable ways. The body is approximately 70% water. The idea that this water carries and responds to light, intention, and consciousness is not fringe speculation — it is an active frontier of biophysical research.
DNA Activation and the Crystalline Field — The Carbon DNA Has Become Crystallised
The meditation speaks of DNA activation, of carbon becoming crystallised, of a blueprint being called in. Whilst the language is mystical, the science it shadows is genuine.
DNA is now understood to be not merely a static blueprint but a dynamic, responsive system. The field of epigenetics has demonstrated conclusively that gene expression changes in response to environment, emotion, belief, and behaviour. You are not locked into your genetic inheritance. The field around and within you — shaped by your emotional states, your conscious choices, your nervous system regulation — is in constant conversation with your DNA.
Furthermore, DNA has been demonstrated by Popp and others to be a biophotonic emitter — storing and releasing coherent light. Some researchers, including the controversial but thought-provoking work of Luc Montagnier, have explored DNA's relationship to electromagnetic fields and water memory. The suggestion that DNA carries a blueprint beyond mere biochemical instruction — an informational, perhaps even consciousness-responsive field — is not without scientific precedent.
The crystalline metaphor is also interesting. Carbon, under sufficient pressure and heat, becomes diamond — the hardest, most light-refractive substance on Earth. The meditation's image of patterns compressed into a diamond and then shattered into stardust is, alchemically and atomically, a description of structural transformation at the elemental level.
Non-Locality and the Collective Field — Your Future Self Has Already Happened
Quantum non-locality — demonstrated through Bell's theorem and subsequent experiments — establishes that entangled particles influence one another instantaneously regardless of the distance between them. There is no signal travelling between them; they are, in some meaningful sense, still one system.
The meditation's cosmology operates on this principle throughout. The individual is never truly separate — from the collective, from the ancestors, from the future self, from Source. The statement "your future self has already happened — time isn't what we think" maps directly onto quantum physicist Carlo Rovelli's relational interpretation of time, and onto the block universe theory, in which past, present and future coexist as a four-dimensional structure and our experience of linear time is a feature of consciousness rather than of reality itself.
Setting an intention in this framework is not wishful thinking. It is quantum entanglement with a probability. You are reaching across the field to a version of yourself that, in some sense, already exists — and drawing it into coherence with your present moment through the mechanism of felt, embodied emotion.
Neural Integration and the Tapping Sequence — Calling This In as Integration
The closing sequence — tapping the third eye, temples, under the eyes, under the nose, the chin, the heart, the armpit, and the crown — will be immediately recognisable to anyone familiar with EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) or its clinical cousin, TFT (Thought Field Therapy). These approaches have a growing evidence base for nervous system regulation, trauma processing and the reduction of hyperarousal in the amygdala.
What is happening neurologically is a bilateral, cross-body stimulation of acupressure meridian points whilst in a state of elevated positive emotion — effectively signalling safety to the nervous system whilst simultaneously anchoring the emotional and energetic work of the meditation into the physical body. The final integration becomes somatic memory. The body learns the new state not as an idea but as an experience.
This is consistent with polyvagal theory (Stephen Porges) — the understanding that the nervous system must register safety in the body before genuine transformation can occur or be retained. The entire arc of the meditation, from landing breath to tapping sequence, is a masterclass in polyvagal-informed practice, whether consciously framed that way or not.
A Final Thought
What quantum physics keeps arriving at — through the observer effect, through non-locality, through field theory, through the collapse of the wave function — is the uncomfortable and magnificent suggestion that consciousness is not a byproduct of the physical universe. It may be its primary organising principle.
This meditation proceeds from that understanding as its foundation. The science is not dressing added afterwards. It is the same truth, wearing different clothes.
Both are trying to say: you are not separate. You are not small. You are the field itself, becoming aware of itself, through the miracle of a body, in a present moment, on a new moon, in Aries.
