Within Darkness There is Light

FULL MOON IN SCORPIO
Reflection | Shadow Work, Sacred Union & the Spine of Truth
To no longer fear the darkness within
This meditation brought a peace and calm to the nervous system. its focus was deep heart and earth connection, to allow the wisdom that is the body to heal itself through aligned coherence, with the mind being involved creating attachment, we were truly cocooned into our hearts as protection, and allow the innate light and wisdom of the body to heal.
Much focus was on the skeletal system, so if you’re experience back issues, this may well support you. It was a gently purification process in complete grace to the nervous system.
The meditation was encouraging the flow of chi, of energy in your body, so great for fatigue, inflammation, lymphatic swelling (oedema) feeling stuck, inflexible.
It brought safety and trust, to allow the Divine Masculine to return, to heal our wounds and misperceptions of what society has created as the masculine, to bring discernment and presence to the Divine Feminine to embody.
Enjoy
Big Love

TRANSCRIPT
Welcome, beautiful souls, for joining us tonight — and whenever you come to listen to this, whenever it feels right and aligned for you.
I'm recording this on the evening of a full moon in Scorpio, and for me it feels immensely powerful. It feels like that final moment of shifting — of releasing ourselves, of finally moving into this part of self, our true aligned self.
Over the last four weeks or so, I've been experiencing the Black Madonna showing her presence with me. She's quite new to me — I've never worked with her before — and what she's really been showing me is this: she holds a presence. A vast, open, beautiful presence, like standing in an expansive and magnificent landscape. You can move everywhere else, but you cannot move past her — not until you meet her, not until you allow her to meet you. And in that meeting, she takes you to your darkness. To those points we generally don't pursue. To the places we tend to avoid.
They may be judgements of self. They may be belief systems, patterns, or fears — from this lifetime or any other. They are the parts of us we try to skim over. And yet, until we finally go deep — truly deep into that darkness — we will not be fully free as a soul. I felt my whole body tingle as I said that.
So it's as though we anchor our light, we hold that light in our hearts, and then we allow ourselves to move through the darkness — bringing our light with us, all the way through, and out the other side. Not fearing the darkness. Knowing that darkness, too, can hold light. There is a wisdom in meeting it.
What's also been shown to me in these last few meditations — with Yeshua coming through — was something like Judgement Day. But not the Judgement Day we might imagine. Not someone descending to decide whether we're a good human being — whether we earn our wings and ascend, or whether we stay and keep struggling. It was nothing like that. It was simply this: the only judgement is self-judgement. That is all.
And when you truly realise that you are a soul in Soul School, here as a human being — learning, playing, experiencing — you begin to see that yes, you may have been a perpetrator, a victim, all of it. But you don't have to carry the shame anymore, because you've been here learning. What you take from it now is the gold, the insight.
Because we all carry shame and guilt. It sits low in the body — heavy in the sacral centre, the reproductive system — and society and religion have compounded that, layering sin and shame on top, neatly compacting it all down, essentially cutting us off from our power. When in truth, that is precisely where our power lives.
And so what Yeshua showed me is this: there is no judgement. Only your own. And the moment you are willing to offer yourself forgiveness — truly receive it — you set yourself free from all of it. All the loops. All the cycles.

The Black Madonna Reading
As channelled
The Black Madonna has a deep presence to her — a presence you cannot ignore, nor circumvent. She will not be ignored, nor passed, until we have honoured her presence and her grounded clarity.
A vision we only see when fully present. And the understanding and the acceptance that we now must see beyond and through the illusions — the stories we tell ourselves, the avoidance patterns. We have to truly see ourselves, finally. Yet many are fearful of what we will, or may, see.
She is the grounded silence that is fully heard. She will strip you of ego and ill beliefs. She speaks only of truth. She is the darkness upon which you witness your light. She is the imposing presence that illuminates your shadows, your depths, your darkness — and yet she is your witness, your mirror, and your mother, holding you always within unconditional love.
A mother that will bear no more.
She is the shock of truth, grounded. She is the stern love that holds you to accountability and responsibility — not through judgement, but through a choice of maturity. To step into full authority of self. Here you can hold true power, sovereignty, and strength, upon the invitation of the Black Madonna.
This feels like the initiation a boy to man would once have undertaken to become a true man — the Divine Masculine. Not boys in male bodies who have not yet known the true meaning of authority and power. The Black Madonna births the boy into a man. She takes him to his depth and his darkness, and through conscious choice of love, he returns grown — the man he is to become. To claim full authority of self, and self only.
The initiations for girls to women would have centred on her first bleed — the initiation into the sacred womb. The insights that reveal themselves with each cycle and each bleed. The honouring of sacredness, the becoming of the gatekeeper. She would have been taught the discernment of purity, given access to the wisdom, to the keys of life, to the DNA — the blueprint of life. Girls would have walked forward as women, the embodiment of the sacred chalice. She would have alchemised and nurtured herself through Earth and her conscious cycle.
In the words of the Black Madonna:
I am the keeper of your light, shrouded within the darkness — accessible and reclaimable only when you meet me in truth. In the willingness to behold and embody full authority of self.
In the darkest womb of Sophia, I am the veil to your light. I am the outermost journey back to self, to sovereignty and consciousness — as a soul in being.
Upon your declaration of full responsibility, with eyes wide open and heart fully grounded, I take you to your depths and your roots. That free fall you fear — I guide you through.
Pure. Untouchable. A path only courageous souls choose in liberation.
The darkness one must navigate to return to one's light — a portal travelled through the consciousness of a grounded, embodied, present heart.
And so it is.
Reflective Summary with Gnostic & Scientific Context
Returning to the Light Through Darkness — A Reflection on the Black Madonna, Sophia, and the Science of the Heart
What came through in this meditation was not what the mind anticipates when it hears the words shadow work or darkness. There were no dramatic unravellings, no overwhelming encounters with the unconscious. Instead, there was something far more profound in its quietness — a deep, held, gracious returning to self.
And this is precisely the paradox the Black Madonna presents.
The Black Madonna & the Gnostic Sophia
In Gnostic tradition, the Black Madonna is intimately connected to Sophia — the feminine emanation of divine wisdom, the first light, the soul of the world. She is not a passive archetype but an active, initiatory force. The Gnostics understood that Sophia descended into matter — into darkness — not as a fall from grace, but as an act of courage. And it is through that descent, that willingness to enter the depths, that wisdom is truly embodied rather than merely known.
The Black Madonna carries this same energy. She does not stand at the threshold of light asking us to stay safe. She stands at the threshold of darkness, asking us to trust — to enter, to look, and to discover that our light was never lost. It was simply waiting to be reclaimed from within the depths we feared most.
This maps precisely onto the Gnostic understanding of the Pleroma — the fullness of divine light — and the Kenoma, the material world of apparent emptiness and shadow. The soul's journey is not to escape the Kenoma, but to move through it with enough consciousness and love to retrieve the divine spark — the pneuma — buried within it. As the Black Madonna herself said in the channelling: "I am the keeper of your light, shrouded within the darkness."
Judgment Day — Reframed Through Gnosis
What Yeshua showed in the meditations preceding this one — that Judgement Day is nothing more than self-judgement — is deeply consistent with Gnostic Christology. In texts such as the Gospel of Thomas and the Pistis Sophia, Christ does not come as an external arbiter of worth. He comes as the one who illuminates — who holds up the mirror so clearly that we can finally see ourselves without the distortions of shame, fear, and inherited belief.
The Gnostics taught that gnosis — direct experiential knowledge of the divine — was not granted from outside, but remembered from within. The soul already carries its truth. The work is the removal of what obscures it.
Shame and guilt, as came through so clearly in this meditation, sit in the sacral centre — the seat of creation, of life force, of the feminine. It is no accident that religion and societal systems have historically concentrated shame in precisely this area. To shame the womb, the body, sexuality, and cyclical nature is to sever humanity from its most direct line of power and truth. The Black Madonna, and Mary Magdalene who came through to hold the sacral and the womb, are in many ways the great restorers of what was deliberately obscured.
The Spine as the Axis of Consciousness
The repeated appearance of the spine — the 33 vertebrae shown as the spine of truth, the cerebrospinal fluid, the channel from perineum to pineal gland — is not merely symbolic. It is both spiritually and scientifically significant.
In the Western esoteric and Gnostic traditions, the spine is the central axis of the human being — the equivalent of the World Tree, the caduceus, the djed pillar of ancient Egypt, which symbolised the raised and stabilised backbone of Osiris — a resurrection symbol. Kundalini traditions describe the spine as the channel through which consciousness ascends when the sacred masculine and feminine energies — Ida and Pingala — come into balance and unite.
Scientifically, the cerebrospinal fluid is one of the most extraordinary substances in the human body. It bathes and protects the brain and spinal cord, maintains intracranial pressure, and carries biochemical signals throughout the central nervous system. Emerging research in bioelectromagnetics and craniosacral therapy points to the spine and its fluid as a kind of living antenna — a resonant channel for electromagnetic and subtle energy. The piezoelectric properties of bone, referenced in the meditation, are a well-established phenomenon: bone generates electrical charge under mechanical stress, effectively making our skeleton a bioelectric generator. Every conscious, aligned step — as the meditation expressed — is literally generating and radiating energy through the field.
The connection from perineum to pineal gland that came through so clearly maps onto the ancient understanding of the sushumna nadi — the central channel — and modern science's growing interest in the gut-brain-pineal axis. The pineal gland, long associated with the third eye and the seat of consciousness in Descartes' philosophy, produces melatonin and potentially DMT — substances that mediate our experience of time, sleep, visionary states, and our sensitivity to light. When this channel is open, held, and grounded — as Yeshua was shown holding — the whole system has a reference point from which to regenerate.
The Heart as Portal — HeartMath & Coherence
The repeated return to the heart in this meditation — the instruction to simply be there, to breathe there, to land there — is not merely a spiritual metaphor. The HeartMath Institute has demonstrated that the heart generates an electromagnetic field significantly more powerful than that of the brain, extending several feet beyond the body. When we enter a state of heart coherence — when the rhythmic pattern of the heart becomes smooth, ordered, and sustained — the nervous system shifts, inflammation reduces, cognitive clarity improves, and the body begins to self-regulate at a profound level.
Coherence, as came through in the meditation, is the word. The heart's coherence becomes the frequency to which the rest of the system — neural, hormonal, skeletal — entrains. The meditation was not asking anything complicated. It was simply asking us to return to the heart and breathe. And in doing so, it was initiating one of the most powerful physiological and energetic resets available to us.
The Lotus, the Feminine, and Sacred Union
The image that closed the original reflection — the lotus rooted in murky water, rising clean — is perhaps the most complete symbol of all that this meditation held. In Gnostic and Buddhist understanding alike, the lotus does not transcend the mud; it uses it. The darkness is not the enemy of the light. It is the ground from which light rises, having gathered everything it needs from the depths.
The sacred union of masculine and feminine — spine and heart, perineum and pineal, roots and blossom, structure and flow — is the fundamental alchemy. Not the dominance of one over the other, but the recognition that neither is whole without the other. The Divine Masculine holds the roots so the feminine can rise. The feminine fills the structure the masculine provides, and from that union, life — consciousness, creativity, truth — flows.
The Black Madonna, in her severity and her love, her darkness and her light, is perhaps the most complete embodiment of this. She does not ask us to be only light. She asks us to be whole.
And in wholeness — as this meditation so gently and powerfully showed — we are finally free.
"A portal travelled through the consciousness of a grounded, embodied, present heart. And so it is."
