Embodiment of One’s Sovereign Soul-in-Being
FULL MOON IN ARIES
Embodiment of One’s Sovereignty - As a Soul-in-Being
Recorded on the eve of the full Moon in Aries - I share the power of this Moon and the lead up to it.
We are truly being called to put down the masks of performance and expectations and close the patterns that are no longer our paths.
It felt like a transmission for the mind to become open to release these old engrained pathways and create new neural pathways of thought in alignment to your truth and Soul.
There was a reminder to not take like too seriously, remember to have fun, which as old Souls probably tussle with at times - to know that joy is your currency and you purpose here is to Free Your Soul.
Enjoy
Lots of Love

Embodiment of One's Sovereignty as a Soul in Being
A reflection on the Full Moon in Aries transmission
The introduction set out the teaching: fire clears, choosing yourself breaks patterns, and forgiveness frees you. The transmission then took that teaching into the body. It moves from softening, down through the root, into the waters, back up through the heart, and out into the world. Sovereignty is never demanded or forced in it. It builds up in the body, one layer of safety at a time.
1. The brain in the armchair: softening into support
It opens with sighs, yawns, and the image of the brain putting its feet up. It's playful, and it works. The long sigh out is one of the quickest ways to shift the nervous system. Stanford research on "cyclic sighing" (Balban et al., 2023) found that extended exhales improved mood and lowered physiological arousal more than mindfulness meditation alone. The exhale slows the heart through the vagus nerve.
The key detail is that this isn't collapse. It isn't exhaustion. It's softening into something that holds you, and the more you let go, the more support you feel. In polyvagal terms, that is the difference between dorsal shutdown and ventral safety. The body only lets go when it senses it's held. So sovereignty starts with receiving support, not with bracing.
2. Tense, release, and the root: permission to play
The whole-body clench and release, including the pelvic floor and anus, is essentially Jacobson's progressive muscle relaxation. Deliberately tensing a muscle lets it drop further afterwards than it would if you simply told it to relax. The pelvic floor also moves in rhythm with the respiratory diaphragm, so softening one invites the other to soften too.
Then the transmission lightens up: "who the fuck came up with getting it right first time?" That isn't a tangent. Play is a nervous-system state in itself. It's one of the clearest signs of safety, because a frightened body can't play. "It's okay to be you, in your own little weird way" is the Delphic know thyself, delivered with a wink rather than a sermon.
3. The voice of truth and the body as ally
Here the transmission separates the "bitchy voices" from a deeper voice that may be uncomfortable but always comes from love. This is a Gnostic distinction. In texts like the Apocryphon of John, the archons are the false voices that keep the soul small and afraid. The true voice is Sophia's, the indwelling wisdom that calls the soul home.
"A body is never there to harm us" brings the introduction's Love to Heal teaching straight into the meditation. The same goes for pleasure: stop chasing it, whether it's an orgasm or "if I get that, I'll be happy." Chasing activates the dopamine system of wanting. Presence brings in the calmer systems of satisfaction and contentment. Bliss lives in being grounded, not in reaching.
4. Light in the cave of the heart: from surviving to thriving
"The more light you give, the less shadow." Fear is named as old protective patterning. The brain is a prediction machine: it keeps running the forecasts that once kept you alive, long after the danger has passed. So we thank the pattern rather than fight it, because it got us through. We're just not here to survive any more.
Then comes the transmission's sharpest line: the "bullshit life" we call real life, the Matrix, "Billy Bollocks," set against true creation through the Divine Mother. That is the Gnostic picture almost exactly. On one side is the counterfeit world built by the demiurge from fear and separation. On the other is the living creation that flows from Sophia, the Mother. The wisdom that built your body is still inside you, waiting for you to connect with it consciously.
5. Blue and orange become violet: soul and spirit made one
This is the heart of the transmission, and I love that it arrives with a moment of honest uncertainty: "I don't quite know whether that was heard or truth coming through… maybe they are both." Blue soul and orange spirit fire merge into a violet ray. That is the violet flame of divine alchemy, and it's the thread back to Pathway of the Violet Rose.
The Gnostic echo is the Gospel of Thomas, logion 22: "When you make the two into one… then you will enter the kingdom." In the Gospel of Philip, the bridal chamber is this same inner union, a marriage within the self that comes before any outer one. Self-union before relational union is exactly the ground of your Embodied Masculine and Violet Rose work.
Hands go to the heart, right over left, and nothing needs visualising. "We're simply calling in our body's innate wisdom." Heart-focused breathing measurably increases heart rate variability, the rhythm HeartMath calls coherence. That's where this lands: heart and mind moving into one pattern.
6. The upper and lower waters: releasing stagnancy
Light moves through the body "like water finds its path," reaching the stagnant places and connecting the waters above with the waters below. That is Genesis 1, where the waters above the firmament are divided from the waters below. In the mystical traditions, the work of return is reuniting them.
Physiologically, you could read the upper waters as the cerebrospinal fluid around brain and spine, and the lower waters as the lymph and interstitial fluid of the pelvis and gut. Both are moved by breath and slowed by chronic tension. Then comes the sinkhole moment: "it may feel a bit mushed up." That's honest about what real change feels like. Old structures loosen before new ones form.
The plaster cast image is spot on. Our protective patterns are temporary scaffolding that let us heal, like a cast around a broken bone. Bone then remodels itself along the lines of the load it carries (Wolff's law). The cast was never meant to stay on.
7. The pulse at the root: shame, foundations and restructuring
The gentle vibration around the perineum, anus, vulva and balls goes straight to "the bowels of shame and guilt." This area is served by the pudendal nerve and is often where the body stores sexual shame, braced below conscious awareness.
The seismic plate image is exact. Foundations built in fear hold until the slightest trigger, and then we fall straight back into old patterns. The restructuring isn't a start from scratch, though. It's rebuilding with wisdom, emotional intelligence, and roots pushing down through the old concrete.
"The greatest action is no action": rest is where integration happens. During deep rest, the brain's glymphatic system flushes waste through cerebrospinal fluid, and memory and learning consolidate. The Divine Feminine principle of rest is how change actually gets laid down.
8. The lotus in the murky water: patterns as mirrors
Then the body gets thanked, "for being so bloody amazing," for ducking and diving and keeping you safe. The lotus rises out of mud, and science has a lovely detail here. Lotus leaves are self-cleaning: their surface is so water-repellent that dirt rolls off with the droplets (the "lotus effect"). The flower grows from the murkiest water and the murk doesn't stick.
This mirrors the introduction's diamond: carbon that stays carbon under pressure and rises as crystal. The resistances and patterns become mirrors and portals. You walk through them with the light of forgiveness and the Sword of Truth, which means taking responsibility for what is yours and nothing that isn't. "Within the heart there is no time" is also why forgiveness can reach back into any life.
9. The nebula, the roots, and the lotus at the Earth Star
A spiral of light like a nebula unwinds the body's old tensions. That's the life-as-a-spiral teaching from the introduction, now felt in the body. Then comes patience: roots can take years, and the branches grow only as wide as the roots allow. It's true of trees, whose underground networks of fungal threads feed and connect them to the whole forest. And it's a direct answer to the impatience you named in yourself in the introduction.
The descent to the Earth Star, meeting the lotus rising up, is the heart of heaven meeting earth in the body. You rest in the petals, velvet and strong at once.
10. Safe to receive: the nervous system unstrung
The unconditional receiving section may be the most healing part for givers and empaths. "You don't have to give to receive." Hypervigilance, being "frozen in protection," is replaced by the heart's discernment. Because the heart knows what is pure, the body no longer needs to stay on guard.
That is polyvagal theory in spiritual language. Neuroception, the body's unconscious scanning for safety, is what gets recalibrated, not the mind. The strings of the nerves soften and dissolve, and wisdom flows through the spinal fluid. From there you naturally move towards people and places where you expand, and away from where you contract. You become a new ecosystem.
11. The golden grid: from within to the world
"As above, so below, as within, so without" is the Hermetic principle, and the transmission sends it outward. Each footstep radiates gold, a ripple of love for the children, the creatures, the oceans, and the men who have lost their way. Anything not of love crumbles to dust.
This is the introduction's "free your soul, not save the world" come full circle. The world changes as a consequence of inner peace, never as a rescue mission. It fits logion 70 of Thomas: "If you bring forth what is within you, what you bring forth will save you."
"Allow joy to be your currency" might be the line of the whole transmission.
12. Integration: anchor, tap, seal
The closing is practical and wise. First, choose a symbol, a smile, or a crystal (rose quartz, echoing the introduction's vision) to bring you back to this state. That uses state-dependent memory: a cue paired with a felt state can call that state back later. Next, tapping acupressure points (forehead, temples, under the eyes, chin, collarbones, under the arms) to settle and seal. Then flicking excess energy down to the toes, and tapping the crown to seal in discernment. Last, the hands move from the third eye to the heart in prayer, bringing the mind down to rest in the heart. That is your Heart Conscious Connection teaching in a single gesture.
The shape of it: softening, then play, then root, then heart union, then the waters and the rebuilding, then receiving, then radiating, then sealing. Sovereignty in this transmission doesn't come from bracing or pushing. It comes from a body that feels safe enough to receive, discerning enough to know what is its own, and rooted enough to let the old concrete fall away. Held, not forced. Chosen, not earned. The diamond and the lotus both say it: you don't become pure by escaping the mud. You become pure by alchemising it, one petal at a time.
