From my own depths of self-care and grief this morning - I was shown to birth a podcast for Women who are Awakening from their amnesia of their power and connection to self - who are breaking free from the systems and beliefs that have never served women.

This first episode came through completely spontaneously —

What poured out of me was the real reason behind all of this. After 17 years as a therapist, and a deeply personal journey through my own awakening, I knew it was time to share this — the messy, raw, beautiful, grief-soaked truth of what it means to be a woman remembering herself.

I talked about the system we're living in — one that has kept women small, disconnected from their bodies, their cycles, their power. Not through accident, but by design. And how so much of the shame, the guilt, the fear we carry isn't even truly ours — it's generational, it's collective, it's been absorbed through simply existing in a world that forgot the Divine Feminine.

I spoke about the wound that sits deepest for me — women turned against women. That separation. Because I truly believe that when we heal that, everything shifts.

There was a lot that came through around our cycles — the wisdom in our bleed that society has shamed us into ignoring, the power of perimenopause and menopause that gets labelled as inconvenient or invisible, when really it's an initiation into the wiser woman. That transition from mother into sage is something I feel so passionately about, because we're told our worth diminishes, when actually our wisdom is just beginning to fully emerge.

I shared the goddess lineages that have come through me — not through books or study, but through my body, through meditation, through channelling. Sophia, Mary Magdalene, Isis, Quan Yin, Kali, Green Tara. The Rose lineage. Daughters of the Golden Rose. These aren't just concepts to me — they are lived, felt, embodied experiences that have cracked me open.

And I was honest about where I was that morning. In tears. Sitting with a huge wave of grief around how I have pushed the masculine away — outwardly and within myself. That scorned feminine energy held in my liver, keeping love at arm's length. Affecting my relationships, my libido, my capacity to fully surrender. It wasn't easy to sit with, but I moved through it — through yoga, through dance, through laughter, through connecting to my body. And what I found on the other side was that grief and joy really do live together. Open to one, and you open to both.

The thread running through all of it is alchemy. We are not here to simply absorb the pain — ours, our mothers', our grandmothers'. We are here to transform it. Like the diamond that rises from carbon through pressure and heat, still pure in its molecular structure but crystallised into something breathtaking. That is us. That is this work.

And the most important thing I came back to, again and again — choose yourself first. Not as a luxury. As the pattern breaker. The moment you truly recognise your worth, everything shifts. For you, and through you, for everyone around you.

This podcast is going to be all of it — the shadows, the grief, the breakthroughs, the bliss, the belief systems we have to wade through. Sometimes I'll have the answers. Sometimes I'll just be in it with you.

And I wouldn't have it any other way.
