Are you the Crunching Munching Caterpillar or the Butterfly?
Before you fall into the classic New Year New You bandwagon, take some time to be present with yourself.
You see the true new year begins when Mother Earth begins to truly awaken from her slumber, 1st February Imbolc, as she whispers to us to awaken too; when we begin to the sow the seeds of what we desire to root and harvest in abundance, in the following seasons.
For she has only just turned from the Winter Solstice, the mid and darkest part of the year. It is unnatural and unhealthy for us to suddenly turn the switch back on with full foot on the throttle.
For as Mother Earth sleeps, she is restoring herself, her soil, what she needs to let go of once and for all, the weeding of anything that no longer serves, that she does not want to bring forward, the fungi and mycelium returning nutrients to the soil and roots.- the process of death and rebirth - fundamental to life, transformation, health and vitality.
And we Dear Souls, are no different!
We equally need to honour this cycle for our health and happiness. We need to become conscious of what no longer serves us, physically, emotionally, mentally and energetically.
The belief systems (aka BS!), the subconscious conditioning and unconscious patterns that distracts us from our truth, our happiness, of our Divinity, Love, Joy and Peace.
For when we are rushing around, filling our time and life with things to do, the discomfort of stillness, the guilt of rest, all has us orchestrating from our subconscious, thus we don’t even know truly why we are doing what we are doing!
The subconscious that beholds these patterns of distortion, the voice that tells you you are not enough, not worthy, the imposter phenomenon, the body not looking like it “should” (whoever, decided what should looks like!), often driven from a place of survival, fear and separation.
So on that cheery note, I offer you the opportunity to break free from the patterns, to know you are shifting your shite not losing it!!
To become conscious of self, as the Oracles of Delphi and Yeshua said, Know Thyself - to truly know thyself means that you have mastered self, that you see from an objectivity, rather than the vortex of emotions and being in the thick of it.
You see, even the slightest shift of perspective can be the miracle that you are waiting for.
To able to break cycles of victimhood, martyring ourselves, unhealthy relationships, suffering, scarcity mindsets, we have to realise this is not our truth, it may feel like our “reality”, yet our reality can shift when our minds and thus frequency do.
And our heart is what breaks the engrained patterns, this powerful intelligence that beholds our innocence and truth, in mind-heart coherence it generates new neural pathways of choice, so your mind has other tracks to follow, rather than the same old shite merry-go-round, which is seriously lacking on the merry bit!!
So- if you want to make some changes, because maybe life sucks, you feel it needs some tweaking and/or you wanna rock life and harness your potential and purpose as a Sovereign Divine being that you really are.
You want to kick victimhood into the park, the exhausted empath fed up with everybody’s else’s shite that they aren’t willing to take ownership nor responsibility of, and project it onto you.
Well darlings, now is definitely the time.
You make a conscious choice and align actions to that - then the Universe listens and dances with you.
I have to admit it is quite a disco at times, a hardcore rave even, however, when you hold the truth and trust in your heart, even when you have no idea what that will look like, yet you feel it - you become the eye of the storm for transformation to occur. Your own process of death and rebirth of Metamorphosis.
I’ll be honest it can be quite messy, like the caterpillar before it becomes the butterfly - you simply have to make the choice of either staying as the crunching-munching caterpillar, or finally get your wings - of freedom and sovereignty.
Maybe this process will always happen, how comfortable and graceful it will be, depends if you choose to be more aware and conscious of these shifts - harnessing this energy and being empowered, rather than being dragged rock to rock in the rapids!
