This Energy Update follows from what I have been seeing over the last few years, and we are at the Tipping Point of Sovereignty - to do this, it is about taking conscious precious moments of awareness, to bring ourselves into Heart Centred alignment.
Key moments and choices of compassion, forgiveness are fundamental to this process and the shifting of old un-serving paradigms and conditioning of suffering.
establishing a regular practice of Somatic Healing and self care enables this process with a little more Grace, for our nervous systems and visceral health to be in coherence with our Heart Intelligence.

How we can harness this energy and transmute it to empowerment - to see the triggering and activation of the attempt of control is actually here to empower us, to awaken from our Soul Amnesia, and to realise we are both the Creator and Observer.
Soul Declaration - I SEE YOU
I see you feeding fear and separation in the algorithm
I see you propaganda disempowerment and helplessness
I see you exercising blatant attempts of control and governance
Yet - I have News For You!
Every time you market fear and separation - I see your desperation
Every time you further your desperation for control - I realise the unconscious and subconscious programming of victim hood, suppression and oppression engrained within my mind, body, blood and bones.
Every time you activate this within me - I thank you - for being the activist for me to release such illusions and disillusionment I have have inherited.
I thank you for that shock - the gut punch of fear and hopelessness - for it now unshackles from my core
For each moment I choose consciousness
I choose my Truth - I choose my Sovereignty
I choose to Remember the Divinity- Light - Power and Unity within me.
And in every present moment, the encapsulation of my Soul and Spirit weakens, it dissolves to dust - upon the crumbling foundations and infrastructures you have created, to keep me and all separated and small.
For I have Awoken - and, Awakening
For every conscious present moment I choose Peace
For every conscious present moment - I choose Love
For every conscious present moment - I choose to remember the light and unity of every Divine Soul
For every conscious present moment - I choose forgiveness and compassion
My frequencies and heart expands in truth - power and reclaimation
Upon this expansion I create waves within the collective field
I create seismic shifts - recognising my power through inspiration
As I call in unity of my heart - unity of the collective of awakened Souls
For I do not fight you - I do not fight your fear with fear
For I do what you fear the most - and that is to choose love.
For I do not exhaust myself in your loops, smoke and mirror games
I consolidate my energy, my power, my light - all that you so desire to behold - within the innocence and purity of my Heart - in Heart Mind Consciousness
And when I have fully embodied this truth in every breath - you will no longer exist!
For I am the Observer and I am the Creator
Thus when all that has been observed to be alchemised - returning me to full Sacred Conscious Embodiment of my Soul and Divinity.
What has fed you for eternity - will no longer exist
Thus you shall cease to exist!
Within the Dark Womb of Sophia - it is Absolute
Thank you for reminding me of my Sovereignty - I Release You
