This guided meditation took us on a journey of somatic and quantum embodiment.

Recorded on the Full Virgo Moon Lunar Eclipse, we were guided deep to our nervous systems, to bring in tranquility, safety, trust and peace. Finding buoyancy in our hearts and allowing the universal ocean of energy to hold and support us, to open and see the beauty within and around us, the details we miss in our busy lives!

It slowed our bodies down to shift from the fight-flight-freeze and fawn neural state to the parasympathetic - to heal and restore. To bring in the flow of our cerebrospinal fluid, to awaken the consciousness within, to release stagnancy and stuck throughts, patterns and beliefs that restrict our flow of love, joy and peace in abundance.

Our nervous systems are integrating powerful freqencies in paradox to the low vibrations of fear upon our planet at present in the collective field.

We are being called to release what no longer serves us, our patterns, conditioning and attachments of security and safety outside of self, to infrastructures, to others - to ultimately to become our own inner safety and Sovereignty, for upon thus, our conscious, subconscious and unconscious choices shift from fear and survival to unconditional love, unity and thriving.

A frequency we will only be able to resonate within, when our nervous systems hold this safety within.

Big love to you all - it is challenging times right now as an individual and as a collective, as humanity.

We influence the outer world through our inner world - this is where we influence, and it begins within first!

And for the Empaths out there - it isn’t for you to try and hold peace in the external world when it fractures your inner peace.

Peace and change comes, when you heal your inner landscape, your nervous systems to hold safety within, then you are safe to let go of the responsibilities of others into the energetic void, - for them to consciously choose to take ownership - until you release they cannot do this.

So, welcome, beautiful souls.

We are recording this on the full moon — the blood moon, the worm moon, and an eclipse, just to add to the mix of the crazy collective and what we are going through in this world. And the fact that we choose to be here as souls, we have to question ourselves at times, I have to admit.

But, I would say…

ABOUT THESE MEDITATIONS

These guided meditations — for those meeting this for the first time — are always channeled. They are about bringing us into our bodies to integrate this energy to our highest and greatest good, and with grace.

A lot of us have a tendency to want to just get it done, which I totally hold compassion for, because I'm certainly one of those. Especially as we're now in the fire horse — there'll be that wanting to just push forward.

And yet, I still feel we are going through a stiller, deeper de-skin layering that we are releasing, so we can step forwards.

A message that came through to me from my higher self was:

"Actually, don't try and bolt into anything. The stiller you are, the quicker — or more gracefully — you will get there."

THE NERVOUS SYSTEM

This brings me into what I feel this meditation will be centred on: our nervous systems.

Our nervous systems are being activated. They are being rewired. They are being split in two. And it's going… holy fuck!

So we are literally having to try and really discern what is our truth, and ground into what is real — not what is actually starting to fall away and to start to crumble. What we might call the matrix: the infrastructures, the systems that attach us to fear. The more we are attached to it, the more we keep it alive.

So we are really being encouraged to connect into the truth that is Earth, that is Sophia Gaia, that is her consciousness.

A NOTE ON SOUL WORK & TRAUMA

I'll share a conversation I had with a woman at the weekend. She had done some soul retrieval work — but it was so intense and so quick that she was completely dysregulated from it. To the point where she felt really unsafe in her body, and didn't know what to do.

This is the key with the work we are doing here. It is very gentle. It very gracefully encourages our neural systems to create the environment so that we can hold this higher energy — not to suddenly shove it into our bodies, and then not know what on earth to do with all of it.

Many of us have experienced trauma. Pretty much everyone doing this work, I'd imagine. And a coping mechanism for trauma is to come out of our bodies — to dissociate, to disconnect.

So if we are suddenly thrown back into our bodies without having done this preparatory work, it can be completely overwhelming, and potentially much more traumatic.

This is why this is a very graceful way of doing this work. We have to be really gentle and compassionate with ourselves.

KUAN YIN & THE GOLDEN NECTAR

Which is no surprise — I have Kuan Yin as the card that has been chosen for today, which I will read part of as we begin this meditation.

It is all about bringing in the golden nectar. For me, gold represents that fluidity — the golden light we are going to call into our nervous systems, so that we can be conductors, rather than frazzled, overwhelmed and burnt out.

Gold is the purest conductor. So gold becomes this most beautiful way of channelling our energy into the Earth and remaining pure.

A RECLAMATION

I am also going to read something I wrote as a reclamation. Because this entire journey is about bringing the little parts of ourselves back — when our body is in that safety to do so, when we are in our heart consciousness to hold this level of power.

Because the misuse of power has got humanity into the state it is in. This work is about owning our power with heart consciousness, so that we never manipulate that power for the wrong reasons ever again.

Fear is attachment. A self-fulfilling prophecy I choose to no longer continue.

I cut it with purity, with the flame and sword of truth. The fire and spirit of unconditional love of a mother to her child. She protects. She nurtures. And sets her child free.

Within the power of unconditional love. For true love is resonance, not attachment.

I become the peace amongst the storm. Even the storms within me. I find my axis of peace, of trust, of connection. To my whole being. Roots to the womb of Earth. To the consciousness of Sophia Gaia.

Her quiet heartbeat I return to For the noise of distraction, disillusionment, and separation. The matrix of fear no longer has my energy.

My mind no longer hears the voices of fear and separation. My nervous system no longer attaches for the belief of safety. For my safety is deep within.

As I return to self, I return home. I return to Mother Earth's consciousness. I return to Sophia Gaia. Who holds me. Unconditionally.

Upon which I realise — she always has.
