The Aligned Time to Discern what you Desire
As Mother Earth shifts on her axis towards the Sun, equal between the Winter and Summer Solstice - she holds and calls for pivotal balance - our homeostasis.
The Cosmic shifts you may well feel stirring in your body and heart, are initiating the process of asking ourselves what we actually desire, to bring forward into our lives, the seasons and years ahead.
To ask honest and reflective questions as to whether we are truly in alignment to our joy, are there parts of self that we have denied and abandoned due to a sense of safety, yet this “known” has become an entrapment to our spirit, heart and Soul?
The year of the Fire Horse begins on 17th February magnified by the powerful energy of a Solar Eclipse, intensifying this calling to balance, of detox and release, to harness our true Divinity and Sovereignty as a Soul Being, to be the embodiment of Freedom.

I will lead you into your body through Conscious Breathwork and gentle movements, to Somatic Movement Meditation, and Free Expressive Dance, where we allow ourselves to feel joy, the flow and freedom of being in our bodies, building the bridge of communication to this innate intelligence.

For more than sixteen years, Gemma has devoted herself to studying the body, listening deeply to the ways it speaks through pain, emotion, and energy. This lifelong dedication has awakened within her a profound understanding of how the body seeks reconnection and wholeness.
As the author and founder of LOVE2Heal - both a book and an online course - and creator of the Daughters of the Golden Rose Lineage container, Gemma's mission is to guide others in remembering the innate wisdom that lives within every one of us. She believes the body is a sacred temple, a living chalice that holds our soul's unique blueprint. Through reconnection, we remember who we truly are.

More About Your Hostess Gemma Louisa
I am a health and wellbeing practitioner with over 16 years of experience. These years have taught me absolute love, respect and reverence for our bodies, and in my own journey for my body too!
A journey of self sabotage, shame and childhood trauma to truly beginning to embody my worth, my voice and inner power- layer upon layer, day by day!
Our bodies hold so much wisdom and innate wisdom it blows me away, for everything that has been, and all that can be is already within us!
The mastery and key is conscious connection, through the portal of an open heart held in selflove, acceptance and trust - for our hearts are the portal to Divinity - Consciousness - Source - God & Goddess - our Soul and Spirit as one.
I support individuals, especially women, to connect to their bodies. for all our journeys are about embodiment.
Sacred Conscious Embodiment is not avoidance, its bringing the light to the shadows, to heal our wounds - through the power of alchemy, wisdom and emotional intelligence.
We break free from our karma, belief systems, patterns and trauma, experienced and inherited - becoming our inner gold - our Sovereignty.
