The Aligned Time to Discern what you Desire
As Mother Earth shifts on her axis towards the Sun, calling the light deep within the soil to awaken from its slumber, of deep restoration, we begin to feel the deep stirring in our bodies and heart to begin the process of asking ourselves what we actually desire, to bring forward into our lives, the seasons and years ahead.
To ask honest and reflective questions as to whether we are truly in alignment to our joy, are their parts of self that we have denied and abandoned due to a sense of safety, yet this “known” has become an entrapment to our spirit, heart and Soul?
2026 is the year of the Fire Horse, the energies are here for us to harness our true Divinity and Sovereignty as a Soul Being, to be the embodiment of Freedom.

This Body Informed Workshop, through Somatic Movement Meditation and Heart Mind Coherence Visualisation, will support you safely and gracefully through your heart and body wisdom:

Under the Full Moon of Leo
Channelling and merging the energies of the Full Moon in Leo and Imbolc, we will bring an intensity of purification, all that stands between our desires and aligned actions.
Supporting our nervous systems to hold the inner safety and trust, to quieten the deafening voices of fear and doubt, a breaking of survival patterns through heart and mind coherence, creating new neural pathways in the subconscious mind and unconscious body that have the co-ordinates of love, joy and peace in abundance sown, set and grounded.

Upon the spark of light that marked the moment of your creation, your seed and blueprint of full potential was encoded within.
Your body is the map, compass and navigation tool to return to your Sovereignty, your Freedom - this workshop will support you to connect to your body with greater love and acceptance, and learn the art of Listening to this innate wisdom.

You will feel the safety within this sacred space that I create on these workshops and retreats, I am a fully trained, body and trauma informed Practitioner - to enable these fundamental shifts and healing within your comfort and grace.

❄I will lead you into your body through Conscious Breathwork and gentle movements to Somatic Movement Meditation, where we allow ourselves to feel joy, the flow and freedom of being in our bodies, building the bridge of communication to this innate intelligence.

❄Laying down cuddled up and warm, we go into The Visualisation Journey - channelled to the energies present and guided for the body to receive and encode deep to your blood, bones and DNA

About Gemma
For more than sixteen years, Gemma has devoted herself to studying the body, listening deeply to the ways it speaks through pain, emotion, and energy. This lifelong dedication has awakened within her a profound understanding of how the body seeks reconnection and wholeness.

More About Your Hostess Gemma Louisa
I am a health and wellbeing practitioner with over 16 years of experience. These years have taught me absolute love, respect and reverence for our bodies, and in my own journey for my body too!
A journey of self sabotage, shame and childhood trauma to truly beginning to embody my worth, my voice and inner power- layer upon layer, day by day!
Our bodies hold so much wisdom and innate wisdom it blows me away, for everything that has been, and all that can be is already within us!
The mastery and key is conscious connection, through the portal of an open heart held in selflove, acceptance and trust - for our hearts are the portal to Divinity - Consciousness - Source - God & Goddess - our Soul and Spirit as one.
I support individuals, especially women, to connect to their bodies. for all our journeys are about embodiment.
Sacred Conscious Embodiment is not avoidance, its bringing the light to the shadows, to heal our wounds - through the power of alchemy, wisdom and emotional intelligence.
We break free from our karma, belief systems, patterns and trauma, experienced and inherited - becoming our inner gold - our Sovereignty.
