Our Ultimate Path is Consciousness - whether “spiritual” or not!
NO SOUL WILL BE LEFT BEHIND THIS TIME!
REWRITING SPIRITUALITY AS HEART CONSCIOUSNESS
The means upon which you reach consciousness will vary- no more no less than!
Much stigma, judgement, fears, persecution wounds and emotions are attached to the word Spirituality - from dancing in fields with crystals, to witches and pagan rituals, of black magick, a perception of and often detached and deranged individuals “not in the real world”. To Religion and it’s many voices and interpretations, which in many hold a hierarchy system that separates you from the Divine-God-Light-Source and in turn each other.
There is also a shadow in Spirituality, for were there is light there are shadows, upon the perspective and angle of light! A perspective of hierarchy to each other, one is greater than thou, because you are spiritual, or in the new term ”woke” -
I have to break it to you, you are not spiritual if you deem someone less than you, and equally someone more than thou - you are still feeding the illusion of separation, yet under a glossy title!
It happens, when you begin to wake up, when we see behaviours of others and the collective, we naturally detach ourselves from such, especially when we don’t see eye-to-eye or have the same beliefs and perspectives on things.
This deemed and felt separation to others is a breaking of a pattern, a frequency, yet the true meaning of spirituality is knowing we are all one and acting such.
For when you become truly conscious, of why you think, feel and act the way you do, and realise we are all beings of light, from the same source of light - then you know that everyone is a reflection of us, and what we have been too. For when we hurt another through thoughts, words, actions and judgements we hurt ourselves too - we are feeding the illusion of separation which continues the path of abuse, victimisation, injustice and wars.
Consciousness is becoming conscious of our subconscious mind and unconscious body, of which rules circa 98% of our daily lives and interactions with self and others - becoming conscious of such and the undertone of what feeds our thoughts, emotions, intentions and actions -to know whether they are of Fear, or of LOVE, unconditional love?
To bring the light in self awareness, to become conscious of what has been programmed in our subconscious minds handed down from generation to generation, especially as a child our minds are in Theta wave, in complete receiving “sponge” mode; of social conditioning designed to exploit and control through separation, judgement, fear and jealousy, the sense of unworthiness or entitlement, under the banner of scarcity and competition “each to their own”!
Our unconscious body (men and women) holding and remembering the abuse of the sacred feminine, women, children and Earth - inherited in our mitochondria DNA, which influences our behaviours, our gene expression and thus our health. This generational trauma is in every cell of our body, as our mitochondria influence every 70 trillion of them, found significantly higher in the womb, yoni, fallopian tubes and the pineal gland.
Consciousness is waking up to these facts and truth, to work on self, to do our shadow work that deems us separated from our light, from unconditional love and from each other! For when we break through the illusion of fear that holds us so tight, we become the Alchemist and Maker of Our Paths.
Consciousness is holding compassion for others when they act from their wounds of fear - for compassion enables us to retain the higher frequency of love, rather than meeting the lower vibrational emotions such as shame, guilt, fear and hate.
Conscious compassion without the sense of grandeur becomes a bridge to humanity.
We see the acted wounds yet we do not respond from our own - we allow space to be conscious of our shadows and wounds and alchemise them through self love, the alchemy of fear to love becomes our inner gold, our insight, wisdom, emotional intelligence and ultimately our Sovereignty - the conscious embodiment of our own free will.
Consciousness enables us to become the pattern breakers from the matrix of fear and separation.
Consciousness with elevated emotions such as joy, love and gratitude creates new neural pathways of thoughts and experiences for self, and for humanity as a collective of empowered individuals.
Spirituality may well be the means upon which you enable a greater sense of awareness of self. Consciousness does not judge how each individual finds their way to!
When conscious with a greater understanding, or shall I say acceptance of the miracle that is life, the unknown and the expanse of the Universe connected within a field of consciousness; we begin to make space and time for our thoughts, in ways that align to us, forming an awareness of self that demands authenticity and raw truth behind our intentions and actions.
Through Acts of Kindness - knowing that we are One, how everything has a cause and effect -
Taking Responsibility of our thoughts and action in this life time, all paradigms and Soul lives, as we understand we are Finite moments of Infinity - for energy cannot be destroyed only transformed!
Thus, we call back our karma to be seen and acknowledge, without the fear of persecution or judgement, we offer ourselves compassion, to recognise the shadows of humanity and forgive ourselves and others - we release shame and guilt - the lowest frequency of emotions that equals the frequency of lead!
We acknowledge the learning, insight and wisdom as we take full responsibility - we grow in humility, we release ourselves from victim and martyr mentality.
Conscious harnessing of the Power to Manifest - to know that our thoughts are magnetic - we have the power within to manifest our desires and associated emotions - energy attracts energy. Thus being mindful of our thoughts, subconscious mind and the unconscious body’s resonance, belief systems and patterns, and words we speak to ourselves and others influences what we experience, is fundamental to creating a life and world we desire.
The deeper unconditional love we open and expand our hearts to give and receive in balance, we set ourselves and others free from expectations, no longer seeking others to heal our wounds, or give us what we desire -for they cannot, wholeness comes from a place within!
When we become conscious for our intentions to be of unconditional love, to serve humanity and Earth that serves our joy, then purpose and passion merge, becoming a powerful oscillating force of creativity and manifestation.
The seven spiritual laws through consciousness of self become a way of being, growth and expansion, an embodied ascension - held in mindful stillness and space to connect our Body-Mind-Heart, Spirit and Soul as one - to ultimately to Know Thyself!

The 639hz as compassion and the Nikola Tesla theory, I can’t help but feel this is a foundation, a pillar to creating a world we truly desire - this New Earth that many talk about, is frequency! Our conscious emotions are and will be the pillar and foundations for this New Earth, until then it is a dream, a paradigm out of our reach, only accessible by truth, integrity and conscious embodiment of oneness.
For the 369 Hz frequency is associated with the release of negative emotions like guilt, fear, and shame, and is believed to foster a sense of balance and self-love, of personal transformation, releasing old patterns, and achieving goals.
The emotion linked to 963 Hz is primarily associated with spiritual connection, awakening, and a feeling of oneness, the frequency of spiritual connection or "oneness", and is used to activate the pineal gland, enhancing intuition and higher states of awareness.

The words spoken to me NO SOUL WILL BE LEFT BEHIND THIS TIME, shows me Atlantis and how it fell with Souls left within Earth, the ones that hadn’t ascended and would need to play out their karma! This awakening and ascension embodiment isn’t about who can jump ship first, we all ascend together! Compassion will be fundamental to hold a bridge for those that challenge us!
We need to create conscious communities to support one another, using advanced technology to enable communities, countries to be sustainable in food and resources, so we are no longer dependent on systems and infrastructures that feed on on our dependency, at the price of our Sovereignty. The systems that create wars as land and mineral grabbing exploitation- of both Earth and people!
To hold space for conscious conversations, raising our emotional intelligence and shining light of our shadows to be transformed once and for all. To live in reverence and honour of our Mother Earth, the sentient being that she and her creatures are.
