As the veil thins, this is the opportunity to connect through the gateway of our hearts within the expansive and infinite energy of unconditional love, to clear all patterns, distortions and karmic loops that have us disconnected from our truth, our gifts and inner power.
I am opening this space to include through invitation, men who are consciously doing this work, who have their own generational wounds, equally carrying the feminine lineage of trauma and suppression within their mitochondria DNA. I have been shown that both men and women are needed to come together and be part of this, to clear all paths of disconnection and distortion from ourselves, our hearts, our bodies, our Mother Earth and one another.
The trauma of generations from whenever it began has become a distortion in our DNA, from our blueprint of health, thus the root of pain and dis-ease both mind and body.
The MitochondriaDNA carried only through our Mothers and Grandmothers and each Mother before, is the foundation to how our DNA and cells express themselves, called our epigenome expression, which determines whether our cells regenerate from coherence and vitality or deteriorate in dis-regulation and dis-ease.
Imagine a spiral, either travelling upwards or downwards - we have the choice and influence to determine in how we express our selves and our bodies.
The mitochondria are the powerhouse cells, the conductor of every of our estimated 70 trillion cells, it is their role to bring in complete coherence, working together in harmony and balance, accessed through heart consciousness, where our heart and pineal gland (aka third eye) unite, regulating and grounding our entire energetic and physical bodies within unconditional love and the conscious field.
Upon which we become in flow with infinite energy within and around us, returning our DNA, thus our whole body and being to our blueprint, our truth and, expressing in vitality and awakening our inner gifts, insight and wisdom.

I am a health and wellbeing practitioner with over 16 years of experience. These years have taught me absolute love, respect and reverence for our bodies, and in my own journey for my body too!
A journey of self sabotage, shame and childhood trauma to truly beginning to embody my worth, my voice and inner power- layer upon layer, day by day!
Our bodies hold so much wisdom and innate wisdom it blows me away, for everything that has been, and all that can be is already within us!
The mastery and key is conscious connection, through the portal of an open heart held in selflove, acceptance and trust - for our hearts are the portal to Divinity - Consciousness - Source - God & Goddess - our Soul and Spirit as one.
